Welcome to the Hillside Lodge! A massive family-friendly home with 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 5,650 sq ft of living space, perfect for accommodating large groups and reunions of up to 25. This rental property consists of 2 homes that are seamlessly joined together by a great room at its center and tucked away in a secluded 2.5 acre wooded lot on top of a hill overlooking a private koi pond.

The north wing is a new addition that was built in 2003 and features a large, modern and fully stocked kitchen and spacious living/dining rooms that form a single expansive open-concept space, great for entertaining guests and the entire group can gather around for activities. There are 3 huge bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and can accommodate a small family. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, crib, changing table, jetted tub and its own smart thermostat, great for a family with an infant. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each include a queen bed, twin over full bunk beds, toddler bed and another smart thermostat, ideal for larger families. This wing also features radiant in-floor heating and a humidity controlled air exchanger to keep your toes warm and your throat from drying out in the winter and mini split AC units in every room to keep you cool in the summer. 2 gas fireplaces offer additional heat when needed, burns cleanly and safely and provide a warm ambiance. When it is time to settle in for the night, travel through the great room and retire into the cozy south wing, which is the original section of the the home and features another 4 additional bedrooms: 2 queens and 2 dual bunk beds for a quiet night's rest.

There is also a rustic den, game room and kitchenette for smaller groups to play some games or enjoy a late night drink together. With multiple living areas on the opposite ends of the house, you have the option to designate "quiet zones" for the early sleepers far away from the late night festivities of the night owls on the other side. 75,000 BTUs of air conditioning is more than enough to cool the whole property in the summer. The entire house is wired with a mesh wifi network for high speed internet and full coverage throughout. There is a washer/dryer onsite available to use. This rental property is conveniently located under 10 mins from North Conway Village, Storyland, Saco River and the Settlers Green outlet shopping center. For the skiers and snowboarders, Cranmore and Attitash Mountain Resorts are just 2 and 13 minutes away respectively.

Sleeps 22 comfortably in 17 beds but expandable to 32 with 2 pullout sofa beds and a futon. A crib, 2 toddler beds and a pack and play available upon request.
