Our house is located above the village of Pregasio about 450 m above Lake Garda in the middle of the 'Alto Garda Bresciano' national park in a small, well-maintained complex with a pool (20 x 5 m).
3 levels and 3 separate bedrooms / bathrooms offer enough space for 6 people.
Of all rooms on the ground floor and 1st Floor you have a wonderful view over the lake to the Monte Baldo chain opposite.
The outdoor area with a large terrace and a small lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house has a satellite TV + radio + CD player and an Internet connection via WLAN.
A fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher + toaster + kettle + fridge / freezer combination, coffee machine is available. There is no oven.
In the village of Pregasio there is a restaurant and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance. The main town of the municipality Tremosine - Pieve is approx. 2 km away.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und für unseren Urlaub super. Die Nutzung des Pools war klasse und der Blick traumhaft. Im Ort gibt es fussläufig alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einmalig und wunderschön!

In aller Kürze: Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist geräumig und hell und war auch, trotz der noch kühlen Außentemperaturen, sehr angenehm temperiert. Es ist alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht: Ruhe, wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Für uns ein Traumurlaub !

Eines der schönsten Urlaube seit langem. Es geht hoch hinaus aber die Aussicht ist dafür atemberaubend. Wir hatten vom Bett aus und von der Terrasse am Frühstückstisch jeden Morgen diesen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Nachbarn in der Ferienanlage und allgemein die Anwohner aus den süssen typisch italienischen Dörfern sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht aber danach auch die Ruhe dort in der Unterkunft genossen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria in der Nähe und diese war für unsere Kinder das abendliche Highlight. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns alles genau beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Unglaublich schön!!!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt in einer super Lage und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Die Aussattung war toll und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. P.S. Was man wissen sollte, der Weg nach "oben" kann spannend werden ;)

Schönes Haus mit super Blick und großer Terrasse und spannender Anfahrt den Berg hinauf

Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer im 1. OG mit einem großen Balkon mit super Aussicht. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist hell und großzügig, mit großer Terrasse und tollem Blick. Leider funktionierte das Internet nicht.

Traumhaft!

Eine fantastische Möglichkeit zur Erholung! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Es gab nichts, das wir vermisst hätten. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die riesige Terrasse mit Panorama-Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber man kann in dem großen Haus auch locker mit sechs Personen übernachten. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht, dass es keinen Backofen gibt. Den Pool konnten wir wegen zu niedriger Temperaturen (Mitte Mai) leider nicht testen...

Entspannungsurlaub

Auf der Suche nach Ruhe, Erholung und einfach mal Seele baumeln lassen? Dann sind Sie hier genau richtig! Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und wären gerne noch geblieben! Die Anfahrt von Limone hoch in die Berge von Tremosine bis hin zum Haus dauert ca. 20 Minuten und ist ein wenig abenteuerlich, aber die einzigartige Lage und der unglaublich tolle Ausblick sind die "Mühe" mehr als wert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Betten verfügen über super Matrazen, was für mich als rückenschmerzengepeinigter Mensch einfach klasse war. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichlich (fast könnte man meinen, es werden noch 3 andere Großfamilien erwartet) und man findet im Prinzip alles, was man fürs Kochen braucht. Die großzügige Sonnenterrasse ist mit Esstisch und Stühlen, sowie einigen Sonnenliegen ausgestattet und lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Der Pool, der sogar während unseres Aufenthaltes noch geöffnet war (aber uns leider zu kalt erschien...), liegt ca. 100-150 m entfernt, so dass man sicher auch in den stärker frequentierten Zeiten nicht durch Lärm gestört wird, zumal es dort auch einzuhaltende Ruhephasen gibt! Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und freundlich. Von der ersten Anfrage bis hin zum eigentlichen Aufenthalt lief einfach alles rund! Gerne hätten wir für kommenden Sommer wieder gebucht, aber wie es scheint, haben einige andere vor uns bereits dieses Kleinod der Ruhe für sich entdeckt und schon gebucht. Schade!! Aber aufgeschoben ist bekanntlich nicht aufgehoben - wir kommen wieder, versprochen!
