Welcome to your Private Oasis and Family Friendly vacation home with Heated Pool & Hot Tub! This beautiful home has a split bedroom floor plan which is a perfect retreat whether traveling with friends or family.

This is truly a Golfer’s Paradise nestled in the Desert Canyon Golf Course community with 4 excellent 18 hole courses right in town and many more just a short drive away.

We are conveniently located in beautiful Fountain Hills situated directly east of Scottsdale and only a 30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport.

Experience the picturesque rolling hills, rugged terrain and beautiful vistas with gorgeous desert fauna.

The privacy of this home (with a master and guest room on one side and 2 guest rooms on the opposite side) is absolutely perfect! Whether you are traveling as a large group or for a couples get-away, everything you need is right here. You won’t be disappointed!

The special feature of this home is the beautiful large back yard with lawn and desert landscaping. Palm trees outline the inviting heated pool along with a beautiful and tranquil water feature.

Relax on the lounge chairs on the large pool deck and soak up the Arizona sun or sit under the spacious covered patio on the upholstered sofa and chairs. Star gazing at night is a treat while taking a dip in the 6 person hot tub.

The front patio with bistro set is perfect for morning coffee and has lovely views of Four Peaks Mountain.

Bring the little ones! This home is extremely family friendly! You will find a crib, play pen, high chair, potty seat, and step stool. Plastic dinnerware for the little ones too.

The main living space includes a fully stocked large kitchen with eat up bar and spacious dining room. There is also a computer desk for your convenience. Free wifi for all your devices.

The family room with large TV has ample comfortable seating, perfect for family and friends to gather around and enjoy time together.

You will find games, poker chips, books and toys for the kids too.

The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed complete with master ensuite, large walk-in closet and sitting area with comfy sofa and TV. There are 3 additional well-appointed bedrooms with queen sized beds. An additional roll away cot is also available.

Take a stroll up the street to the local golf course. Get in a round and then have a beverage or meal on their view soaked patio.

A well appointed home with very nice pool and hottub. Everything we needed was there from kitchenware to toys and games for the kids. The yard was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the quiet. The layout of the home was perfect for us and had enough space to give everyone privacy but with lots of space to gather as well.

Quiet, family friendly

We loved this house! It was the perfect layout to have two families as there was a master bathroom and another bathroom at the other end of the house. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the location was perfect.

Great house and neighborhood

Property was very clean and inviting. The pool/patio area was wonderful and very private. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Annual golf trip

This is the second time we stayed here and again we’re not disappointed. The place is exactly as described. The place was spotless and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with property manager about the property was excellent. We will try to stay here again for future golf trips.

Beautiful place to stay!

The house was well equipped, a good location, and comfortable. Jill (the owner) was highly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. My family got sick right before we were supposed to go home and Jill worked with me to add a couple of days. I have rented several properties over the years (in a ton of places) and Jill is head and shoulders above everyone else I have ever dealt with!

Excellent Stay

We had 7 adult family members staying in the house and found it to be a very comfortable, inviting and quite economical place to stay, with lots of amenities. We wanted to be in the Fountain Hills area to be close to other family in the area. The house and pool area were perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. Great location, with easy access to the Fountain Hills area and an easy drive from the airport. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Gorgeous property and relaxing pool!

The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and exactly what we were looking for. The pool was perfect and the backyard / patio was a great place for the family to hangout all week. The neighborhood was a great location and had a lot of options for evening activities as well as shopping and dinner options. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! The owner was incredible and accommodating, she kept us up to date and checkin / Checkout was simple and easy. I would highly recommend this property!!! We loved it!
