A spacious, private, split-level apartment which has been tastefully decorated in cool neutral tones with comfort and cool living in mind. It is the only apartment in the complex with it`s own large courtyard with sun lounges and outdoor dining area at the rear - a perfect spot to enjoy dinner by candlelight in the evening or to laze about and relax. Entering through your private, secure gate leads into a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Bi-fold doors along 3 of the walls open to the balcony - offering superb indoor/outdoor living. Upstairs, the master bedroom with it`s own en-suite includes double doors opening to a private outdoor seating area. There is a Queen bedroom plus a twin bedroom and a luxury bathroom on this level. The complex features a large swimming pool with spa. There are plenty of sun lounges, tables and chairs to relax and enjoy. This apartment is on the first level of the complex - there is only one set of stairs to reach the front door (the least amount for this complex).

We loved our stay at the apartment! The location is great too, and the pool was pleasant. The only point for improvement is the check in /check out process - you have to pick the keys up at their office. It would be easier if we could pick it up at the property.

Had you requested (before your arrival), we could have arranged self check in at the property with the key safe next to the front door. We are on call to you 24 hrs a day and could have also arranged an easier check out if requested.

We loved our stay at The Hill apartments - the apartment was spacious with lots of outdoor space as well. The kitchen was plentiful with items for cooking and entertaining. The pool was great in the afternoons to just sit around and relax. It is worth noting for anyone with accessibility issues that the property is located on a hill and even the ground floor apartments are accessed via stairs (a challenge for small children too). All in all we had a great stay and would stay again :)
Needs a deep clean and repainting.Toilet seat in main bathroom needs replacing.Light out in ensuite.Cleaners are average.Location is excellent and rainforest surroundings beautiful.
The check in and property managers were excellent and very communicative. The apartment inside was nice but the outside was tired and need of repair . Lots of broken tiles , unuseable areas outside , mouldy tiles and the pool had a slippery feel . Was very happy with the inside it was comfortable and clean with big bedrooms and good size living area for a family

Had you contacted us during your recent stay we could have addressed your concerns immediately. We are on call to you and all of our guest 24hrs a day.
We have repaired the broken tiles in the back patio area and the shared pool area is cleaned and serviced daily. Unfortunately February/March are generally in the middle of our tropical monsoon wet season. The tiles are non-slip terra cotta but we do not want any guests to feel unsafe. We wish you and your family the best and hope to see you again soon.
Short walk out of town with spectacular views only a couple of minutes stroll, this 3 bedroom home was suitable for a small family with plenty of outdoor relaxation area.
Great location close to beach and centre of town. Lots of space in the apartment and we were a group of 5.
Pool was a bit cold initially but it certainly woke you up.
