Beach Villa 5 is a delightful open-plan two-level villa featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private heated saltwater swimming pool. With Wi-Fi and Foxtel available to you, this well-appointed and comfortable abode offers a pool-side alfresco bar area with raised sun deck, indoor and outdoor entertainment and dining, and lush tropical surrounds.

The private upstairs master suite boasts a walk-in robe and en-suite bathroom, with one additional recently renovated bathroom located on the lower level. The fully air-conditioned property includes full laundry and kitchen facilities, the use of adult pushbikes and a remote control garage.

This small complex of six villas is private and secure, with coded pedestrian gate access, and is a two minute stroll to the beach.

Location was fantastic, decor very tastefully done, layout great with three bedrooms away from each other. Plenty of utensils. Swimming pool was clean and a perfect size. We had a few issues in the beginning which were immediately rectified and unlikely to occur again.

This villa exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, clean, modern and catered to all of our needs.The pool was devine - temperature was perfect to slip straight in and feel refreshed.The location was amazing - literally step outside the gates, walk 50 metre, through some gorgeous trees and onto 4 mile beach. And a short stroll into the main street either along the beach or tree lined side streets.We will be back in a heartbeat and will recommend this place to everyone!

Roomy, light and airy

This 3 bedroom apartment was great for us. We were 2 couples and both bathrooms positioned next to large bedrooms on separate floors. Large private airy living space with excellent ventilation and cooling. An easy walk to town.

It’s a shame but the lack of communication from the property managers is what lets this property down! Upon arrival it was obvious the bedroom air conditioners didn’t work! We phoned all the numbers given but to no avail! We understand it was the Christmas new year break but they should still be contactable! We cleaned the filters ourselves which didn’t help! So in the tropics it made for a very uncomfortable sleep! Otherwise this is a very comfortable stay! Lots of storage, huge kitchen, lovely big rooms, perfect pool! A good 20 minute walk to town which in summer is unbearable.. but a very short drive and there’s lots of parking! We have a large car which just fit in the garage but for a small car perfect.. it’s nice to have your car close to your room! If the air conditioners worked this would have been a much more glowing review!

Beautiful accommodation just a minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the bottom of Macrossan Street. It's exceptionally clean - just perfect for families or couples. Would definitely stay here again

Great little getaway

This property is superbly located in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach. The villa itself offers everything you need, particularly the private salt water pool and lock up carport. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the bedroom aircons working and the beds were not very comfortable, but everything we needed was here.

Port Douglas retreat

The property was clean, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool filter was not working but we were not planning on using it anyway. It was an easy walk to the restaurants in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were sorry to leave so soon and would certainly return on our next visit to PD

The best in the complex

We have stayed in this complex on numerous occasions, this our first in No 5. This villa is as good you will get in the complex, the bikes were a really nice added extra. The pricing makes it very good value if you are staying as a couple or a group. Jo was very helpful and the mid stay clean was nice.

Not quite Luxury as stated.....

We stayed here for 8 nights - it was clean and comfortable but certainly not luxury as stated. The price is good for a moderate stay which is what we had. The location was great right near Macrossan st and the bikes were fab for the boys - though one of the 4 was difficult to ride given the handle bars fell forward. There were a few problems but quickly fixed by the agent. Likeable stay but definitely not luxury if that's what you are looking for.

Beautiful place

Had a fabulous week here with 4 other friends. The house was as good as we expected so beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Lots of space and very private. About 10-15 minutes walk into town and there are a lot of shuttle buses and taxis in Port Douglas and at $3 a person per trip! Would certainly book here again.

Comfortable property

We enjoyed our stay of 10 days in April. The house is comfortable and we appreciated the mid stay clean. A few items around the property broke during our stay. Deborah was very responsive in getting these items fixed promptly. The pool saw a lot of use and could have probably used a clean mid stay. Overall I would recommend this property.

Loved everything

We found this accommodation amazing ! Great for privacy and everything supplied ! Even a great bottle of wine ! The pool was so private and back deck was perfect ! The upstairs ensuite had the gorgeous morning light . We loved how it was just a quick stroll to the beach and we were close enough to hear the ocean at night !!!

Lovely property, a must stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at beach villa 5, it was such a relaxing place to be, and wonderfully comfortable. The property was very thoughtfully appointed, with everything you could imagine needing on a holiday and then some.The pool and the bikes were fantastic and Debra made sure everything went smoothly. We cannot recommend this property enough, it was absolute perfection!

Perfect place to stay in PD

Extremely nice home away from home. Nice quiet section of Port Douglas, yet short walk to beach and the main part of town. Impeccably clean, comfy beds, and the perfect pool and patio area. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to Debra. Hope to return!
