Fabulous elevated 3 bedroom house with great ocean views and just around the corner from Bartlett's Beach. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious air conditioned living area on the upper level opens out to a huge BBQ deck creating the perfect indoor/outdoor entertaining area.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed & ensuite plus access to rear decking. A Queen bed in the second bedroom & two king single beds in the third. Downstairs offers a second living area with TV/DVD, shady deck area, and an extra bathroom.

Parking for 3 vehicles. Gas BBQ, Microwave, Dishwasher, Air Cond. Room for boat or trailer.

A lovely warm large house for use all to relax in with a wide north facing view of the ocean and beach to Port Macquarie. We loved the walks and views and 3 bathrooms.

This house is well furnished and equipped, suitable for all age groups. Great views, quiet neighbourhood with local beach within walking distance and the main beach a short drive away. The balcony on two sides is a bonus with sunshine all day.
