Executive 2 Bedroom Condo

This Executive 2 Bedroom condo is on a quiet street on the 2nd floor. It’s beautifully furnished with a 2 sided fireplace, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and deck with BBQ.

There are 2 queen sized beds in separate bedrooms each with their own 3 piece bathroom ideal for 2 couples and bunk beds with TV make the den perfect for kids.
There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The amenities include seasonal pool, year round hot tub and heated underground parking.

The opportunities for adventure are endless with hiking, boating, white water rafting, horseback riding, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing and much more or if you prefer something a little more laid back, check out the area’s hot springs, read a book in the lounging chairs while the kids splash in the pool, relax on your private deck or enjoy the cozy fireplace with a glass of wine.

There are 15 golf courses within a 3 to 45 minute drive and several ski hills including Panorama 35 min away or Kimberley and Kicking Horse ski hills are within an hours drive. The smaller family friendly hill at Fairmont is also only 30 min away.

A signed contract and photo id are required to complete the reservation.

This property has everything you need! It is very well stocked with little extras making for a very easy and comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy! The pool area was a big hit for all of us and a nice option to have for both kids and adults as there are two hot tubs and lots of chairs for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The layout was great for two couples, each with a separate bathroom. The kitchen had everything you would need. The location was convenient for dining, hiking, Radium Hot springs and the White Way on Lake Invermere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice BC getaway.

CV golf trip

My friends and I used this condo as a home base for a golf trip. We were in radium, golden, Invermere and Cranbrook. It was well situated and comfortable. We were able to relax, cook, rest and recover. We would definitely consider this unit again for our next trip.

Perfect condo for our summer trip

Nice, clean, comfortable and quiet! Everything you could ever need in the kitchen, lots of clean towels, parking spot was very conveniently located by the elevator. Honestly I can only say GREAT things about this property, I absolutely recommend it and 100% would stay again next time we are in Radium.

Family getaway

Dora and Darren were great hosts responded to my questions quickly. The condo was clean and very cozy and close to the elevator making it so easy to bring our luggage and groceries up. The kids wanted to live in the pool they loved it so much. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
