Gas grill on the balcony. Free WiFi. Nearby building has more outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, steam, sauna and game room with foosball, billiards, and air hockey. Indoor ice rink one block away. Hello from Breckenridge! Being one of the lucky ones as a Colorado Native, I've enjoyed Breckenridge and Summit County since I was just a child. In 2005 my family and I moved to Breckenridge to enjoy all that this wonderful community offers. I'm an avid skier and enjoy both alpine and Nordic skiing. One of my favorite things is volunteering with Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center giving skiing experiences for individuals with disabilities and special needs. In the Summertime you will find me hiking or biking on many of our amazing trails.
As a real estate broker, my relationship with these owners began in 2014 when I was first introduced to these ten owners who met through a college fraternity, and have maintained their friendship through the years.

These owners have always wanted to own a vacation home in a resort community and they loved the location of this complex and the spaciousness of this condo. Breckenridge appealed to their sense of a small, mountain town with all it's charm.
