2-Bedroom 3-Full Bath condo, just a short walk to Main Street and Ski Lifts

Come stay at our spacious condo in the Peak 9 neighborhood. Our condo has recently undergone extensive remodeling and is in 'Almost Brand New' condition. We have stocked our 'Home Away from Home' with everything you should need for a fantastic ski or summer vacation.

We take pride in providing personal attention to our guests. Please look at our reviews.

Just a short walk from the vibrant Main Street, the property is located at 705 Snowberry Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424

Our large two-bedroom, three-full-bath condo is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has two queen-size beds and a full bathroom, and the second bedroom has two full-size beds and a full bathroom. A comfortable new pull-out couch in the living room provides an additional queen-size bed. Each bathroom features a separate sink and vanity area.

Numerous other amenities include:
* Three full bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos and one with a walk-in shower).
* Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need.
* Enough paper products to last your entire stay (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, tissues, napkins, and more).
* All of the linens, towels, and bedding are provided
* Front-loading washer and dryer.
* Convenient reserved covered parking directly below the unit.
* A second reserved parking spot is also available.
* Private covered deck with a table and chairs.
* Free high-speed wireless internet throughout the unit.
* Large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs in each room.
* Gas fireplace.
* Numerous board games.

The condo is in a premium location, within walking distance of the ski slopes (5 mins) and all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, après-ski scene, bike paths, and much more are nearby.

The minimum age for the rental agreement is 25 years. The maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons. We have a maximum rental period of 14 nights.

Sorry, but pets are prohibited, and this is a non-smoking facility.

Our family had a fantastic stay, communication was excellent leading up to and during our visit, the place was very cozy, clean and well kept. We really liked the location, it’s a very nice quick walk to town. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, they are super close to the condo with lots of seating. Overall we would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again!

We loved the condo. It’s location, cleanliness, pool/hot tub, and not to mention the owners have it fully equipped with everything (spices, oil, beach towel, board games)There is no a.c. which is important to note. One bedroom has a window unit but the other does not. It ended up not being an issue, but I thought I would mention it! We loved this stay and would recommend! So much fun!

Beautiful well kept condo, a short walk to town. Excellent communication with owners. 3 full sized bathrooms with showers was a luxury for our family. Everything you need is stocked in this condo. There is a very nice pool and 4 large hot tubs on the property. Walking trails accessible from the condo. The owners will provide you with lots of information regarding things to do, places to eat, outdoor activities and hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. I purchased this condo after spending many days skiing in Breckenridge. My wife and I love the area and enjoy the friendly people and the town. There is so much to do in the area throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

The location of our condo makes it very easy to walk to the slopes, the pool/four outdoor hot tub complex, and to anywhere in town. If anyone in your group decides to take a break during the ski day, it is very easy for them to take the short walk back, and relax.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has been updated to almost 'new' condition, with everything any renter has asked for, including supplies, complete sets of utensils, and electronic plug-in access.
