Our large two-bedroom, three-full-bath condo is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has two queen-size beds and a full bathroom, and the second bedroom has two full-size beds and a full bathroom. A comfortable new pull-out couch in the living room provides an additional queen-size bed. Each bathroom features a separate sink and vanity area.
Numerous other amenities include:
* Three full bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos and one with a walk-in shower).
* Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need.
* Enough paper products to last your entire stay (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, tissues, napkins, and more).

* Front-loading washer and dryer.
* Convenient reserved covered parking directly below the unit.
* A second reserved parking spot is also available.
* Private covered deck with a table and chairs.

The condo is in a premium location, within walking distance of the ski slopes (5 mins) and all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, après-ski scene, bike paths, and much more are nearby.
The minimum age for the rental agreement is 25 years. The maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons. We have a maximum rental period of 14 nights.
