This Suite Has Two Queen Beds, Kitchen With Dinette, Balcony, And Full Bath
Walk through the door of the Suite and the first thing that you notice is the beautiful view of the ocean through the sliding glass door. In the main area is two queen beds, dresser with flat screen TV ,Purified water dispenser and a futon bed for the 5th guest. The kitchen has microwave, cooktop and stove with table and chairs that seat 4. Walk into the bathroom and you have a closet and sink with separate shower area.

Great place to stay,we used the full kitchen when we didn't feel like going out to dinner had everything we needed,pool and beach was awesome, better then some other resorts we stayed at in cancun. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Great condo!

Tidy condo with lots of amenities on the beach. The property manager made check-in and check-out seamless and was very helpful in general. Great experience, would stay again!

Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Condo 1405. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. The view was magnificient. Miriam was wonderful, she welcomed us, and made sure we had all of the information we needed to make our stay fun! We would definitely stay there again.

Great suite with great view!

Couldn't be happier with this condo. It has a great ocean view and partial pool view. Room it's just like the pictures, perfect and updated. Miriam's customer service was outstanding, she made everything smooth from day one and goes the extra mile to help and answer any questions through out your stay.

Fabulous Mexican Adventure

Me & my husband stayed here for 11 days, June 28 - Jul. 8. The condo was exceptional. Beautiful view, clean and easy. Not in the center of the action, which we liked, as we are over 50. Phillipe at the bar was most hospitable and friendly. Pool was warm. Beach was phenomenal! As with all of Mexico, tipping makes for the best experience. Easy to use the R1 & R2 bus system. Stops right at the bottom of the hill. Had a great stay. Would do it again.

Just ok!!

If it wasn’t for Miriam and the beautiful beach I wouldn’t stay here again! The resort was being renovated. The food wasn’t good. We took the bus into town every day. The restaurants at the shopping mall were great to eat at. Would rather stay at a resort where you didn’t need to leave. Felt unsafe at times! The beach was beautiful! Be fluent in Spanish it helps a great deal!!

Amazing views!

This place is worth every dime you spend to rent it! I can't say enough good things about this condo. Location, views, convenience, the works. And then there's Miriam :) She greets you from the first day, and is there to help with any and all needs you might have. She is a true gem! Don't think twice about booking this rental, do it now before it's not available.... you will NOT be disappointed. Thanks again, we can't wait to figure out another reason to take a short trip to the area.

First impressions ruined our stay

Owner always ready to help but unfortunately we arrived in a old building with water dripping from the ceiling in the access to the unit and with serious cleaning problem in the room. Conditions improves after complaining but it was too late to change our impressions.

Bates Couple Holiday

Everything was great. Staff greeted us and assisted with our luggage. It you have issues with stairs, this property is not for you. We opened the door to a spectator view of the beach and Caribbean. The apartment is updated and very clean. A water cooler is provided. Great food at the beach restaurant be sure to ask for the hamburger and margarita. There is an onsite gift shop. The bus line to an activities is 1 1:2 blocks away and 12 pesos each way. A convenience store with a Subway and Ricky’s Chicken (yum) is 3 blocks north. We were very comfortable, felt safe, and felt the price was perfect. Oh yeah. We were able to watch New Year’s Eve Fireworks from our balcony. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Miriam. Jeanna

Pleasantly Surprised!

First, let me start by saying that I was worried after reading some of the other reviews, but after staying in the unit I was pleasantly surprised. I agree that it's an older property that needs some work, especially around the pool area, but the beach was wonderful. I had family staying at the Royal Sands and their beach was full of seaweed and had a strong odor. There was no comparison. The beach at Solymar was clean and free of seaweed. There were very few people on the beach most times. The listing description is accurate, but I envisioned a slightly larger unit than what was depicted in the photographs. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Most of the staff that I encountered were kind and helpful. The Condo Manager, Miriam Botello, went above and beyond and ensured that we had all of the information that we needed. She responded to questions via text message very quickly, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet unit aware from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cancun. I recommend taking the bus wherever you need to go. It’s quite inexpensive and entertaining, but make sure you have exact change, if possible. My only recommendation is that you bring wash cloths with you, since the condo doesn't have any (nor will they be provided). The unit is also right above the bar (adjacent to the pool) and it got a little rowdy at times, but very tolerable and the noise didn't last beyond 11:00. ENJOY!

WONDERFUL Cancun vacation spot!

First off - Property Management - Miriam - had incredible communication and stayed in touch constantly prior to arrival. She even provided recommendations for affordable transport from the airport. We were met in the drop off outside the lobby and given a brief layout of the property with our walk to the room. We were given a tour of the room with all explanations of amenities and were provided with a local map and a detailed explanation of bus routes, grocery stores, shopping, etc.... I have never seen this kind of attention to detail. The room was clean and cool with plenty of grocery space and everything needed to prepare meals and clean up after. The view was incredible! The resort is a little confusing to navigate at first but we quickly adapted. The pool was clean and refreshing and other renters were very friendly. We went to dinner with a family from Chile even though they spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. We spent 4 hours and had a wonderful time. The beachfront is short but adequate. That just means you have a shorter walk from the water to the beach cafe/bar. Food and Drink prices were reasonable. There are a few restaurants in walking distance if you head south. 19.5 is fun and reasonably priced, Navios is VERY NICE with a unique flare and wonderful sunset views. There is another one there, El Galion, but we never got to it. There is a convenience mart in the same location with easy access. The bus service is excellent for going north to the "party area" and grocery stores but if you set up an account online, the grocery store will deliver. During this trip we also stayed at an All Inclusive in the northern part. Out of the two, I much prefer this place. Better views, nicer people, better room, etc.... While the room is updated, clean and beautifully appointed, the property is a little dated. Our last night there a family rented the unit directly above and were extremely loud but until then we heard nothing and slept soundly. We felt safe, secure and welcome any time day or night. WE WILL BE BACK HERE!

Beautiful Place/ Hermoso Lugar

My sister, son, and I rented this beautiful condo for 6 nights and had a blast! Miriam, the manager, was absolutely amazing before and during our stayed. She helped us with everything we needed and replied our messages right away. Thank you SO much Miriam! We highly recommend it. This condo everything advertised. Miriam was excellent! Started communicating a few days before our arrival to ensure our satisfaction, Met us out front and helped us to our unit with our bags. Showed is around and explained the area on a map. Our unit was cleaned every other day. The staff at the property was excellent! And let me tell you…the VEIW is AMAZING!! You’re right on the beach! The water is beautiful!

The room was very clean and updated. The view of the ocean is incredible. Loved sitting out on the balcony, listening to the ocean and breeze. The beach is a short walk down some stairs with grass topped cabanas to lay under. Miriam the host is incredible. I had seen a few complaints about her and will say they are definitely lies. She was always responsive and very helpful. We even forgot my daughters headphones at the room and Miriam went out of her way to ship them back to us. Next time we are in Cancun I will stay here again. On a side note the buses along the Hotel Zone are amazing and you can pick the bus up just out front of the Condos. We used the bus everyday to explore different parts of Cancun including taking it to the terminal bus station to catch a bus to Playa del Carmen for the day.

The suite was perfect for my husband, toddler and I. We loved the balcony and the view of the ocean and pool. The kitchen had everything we could need including a stove, fridge, seasonings, a water filter and a table to eat on. The bathroom was just the right size for the 3 of us with a separate sink, counter space, and big mirror. The room was cleaned every other day which was very nice as well. Miriam was an amazing host, communication was great and she was extremely accommodating to our flight arrival and departure and even brought a pack and play for my daughter who we decided to take last minute. She had great directions and recommendations and was extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about her. The building itself was under construction and a little run down, so there was loud drilling the first day we arrived and were trying to get sleep. The pools were ok, nothing fancy. The access to the beach is very nice and there are huts and chairs available. The beach itself had a lot of seaweed but nothing that bothered us too much.

Great stay...

Property was pretty good overall. Not many options for dining and one of the bars was closed during our stay. The only bad part was having to take our luggage up the stairs to our room and to the lobby at our checkout. Miriam was great to deal with and answered quickly when I contacted her...she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The room was nice and everything that we would need.

Good condo!

It is a nice condo just as it is shown in the pictures. It is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The staff (Miriam) was very friendly and available to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived in around midnight, there was a person from the staff waiting for us at the lobby. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condition of the room is okay, but I have to say that the hotel property looks old and a bit worn out. The pool is not a fancy one, but was enough for our kids to have fun time. This was our first time in Cancun. We stayed here for a week and had a car rental to explore the different places of the area in our own. The cleaning of the room is done every other day and they had laundry service for free upon request. In summary, a really nice place for a very affordable price. We definitively would stay here again

Great times!

This place is economical and has quick access to the beach! Centrally located near the shopping areas, beaches and a quick ride to the airport! The best part was the support provided by the staff, namely Miriam! She was there to answer questions, provide suggestions and there to help with almost anything. The listing shows this place as a one bedroom, but it’s actually a studio. Either way, it’s a great deal and a great location. Can’t wait to stay here again sometime soon. Thanks!!

Best place in Cancun!

Our vacation was awesome because of our stay at this condo. It was extremely clean, modern, and had everything we needed and more. Not to mention the AMAZING view!! Miriam was a perfect host. The surrounding area was quiet and laid-back. There was delicious food close by and beach chairs and shade at our disposal. We hope the next time we are in Cancun, room 1405 will be available.
