Beautiful, 50 square meters quiet apartment in an elevated position in the area of Agii Theodori, close to Agios Gordios, with fantastic view. It is situated in the middle of the island providing a perfect base from which to explore all of Corfu.
The apartment is located in a high ridgeline, providing a peaceful oasis away from the crowded tourist areas. The elevated position provides a nice refreshing atmosphere from the heat during the warm months of the year. The area has temperatures 3 - 4 degrees Celsious lower than lowland, less humidity, and usually a breeze even during the very hot days of the summer.
The apartment has a big veranda located at the front of it providing perfect views of the water, surrounding hills, villages, Corfu town, mainland Greece and Albania.
The space is designed for you to relax and is equipped for practical living. It features a comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area. The bedroom has a nice double bed. The couch in the lounge room is a high quality heavy construction couch also converts into an additional double bed and a folded bed can be used for a 5th person. There is also a washing machine for your convenience, as well as central heating if staying in the cold months of the year.
The apartment has everything required for self-catering with a large fridge-freezer, hob and oven and all the pots and utensils you would expect.
There are two air conditioning, one in each room.
There is also plenty of space to relax inside or on the veranda area where you can also dine with amazing views over Corfu Island.
All the patio doors and windows have fly screens to keep out wasps and mosquitos. This is great as allow the cool breeze to circulate around the apartment.
