VANDERBILT BEACH FRONT CONDO! BEST LOCATION IN NAPLES. Located directly on Vanderbilt Beach. Walkable to Ritz-Carlton, Turtle Club, Buzz's Lighthouse Cafe, La Playa Resort.

Direct beach front, easy walk up to second floor unit. Covered parking. Bikes and chair provided, BBQ patio right at edge of beach.

Huge 2000 Square Foot condo with large lanai, two bedroom with sleeper couch.

Fast wifi and large smart TV.

Fully equipped kitchen

Brand new windows throughout.

AC and washer / dryer are in unit.

Only rented 3 time per year. Quiet, small, boutique private building.

Security entrance and gate.

One primary bedroom with separate bath and small balcony. Second bedroom 13x12 adjacent to the main bathroom and separated from the primary bedroom.

Separate Dining and living room spaces. This unit has windows in all four directions, making the space feel bright and spacious. There is a fully appointed kitchen with new appliances. Enjoy the sunset and partial gulf view from the lanai.

Naples is known for it's white sandy beaches and wonderful lifestyle. The arts are enjoyed in this area: music, theatre and Broadway shows in many different venues.

30 day minimum rental, per Association rules.

There is a $1000 *Refundable* deposit that is required and which will be collected separately and later. There is a one time $100 non-refundable registration fee to register with the Association. These two items will be handled separately after a successful booking.

Exterior property and beach are immaculate and breathtaking. Sunsets are beautiful from the unit's balcony and beach. Large unit with everything we needed supplied. Only con would be that the unit is a bit dated and worn, but the location more than compensated for it.

Work to do!

Unit was just OK, carpet needs replacing and windows/cabinets/cookware need cleaning. Lots of owner's personal property throughout unit. Common area amenities still under construction (chainlink fence surrounding property, manual sliding entry gates, landscape replacement) four months after Hurricane Ian. Non-refundable deposit! We would not rent here again.

Our stay was completely delightful. On the beach in Naples for a month. What else can you say?

It is a wonderful property, and very spacious. It is well maintained, well equipped, and fully functioning. It has the added advantage of having a small community of owners, who are friendly and open to visitors. You cannot do better!

Great Spot on Vanderbilt Beach

You can't do better than this spot on Vanderbilt Beach. Fantastic. Owner is great to work with also.

Great stay and a fabulous location. You couldn't ask for a better spot. Great unit with a good layout and great lanai. We will cove again.

Most Wonderful Stay

We loved the accommodations and everything about out stay on Vanderbilt Beach. Our hosts have been wonderfully accommodating and the condominium is fully outfitted with everything we needed for convenience. The unit is well maintained and the owners are very responsive to our every need. We especially liked the beach chairs and umbrellas provided and set up by the condo association. It helped provide private space on a public beach. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return again next year.

Bright & Lovely Place on Vanderbilt Beach

This is a bright and lovely place to spend time at the beach, with attractive furnishings, a dining table to seat six individuals, and more than enough linens & towels. The kitchen is very well equipped with two sets of china and plenty of glasses. The pantry holds basic supplies you may need and various spices. Even cleaning supplies are present ! This unit is surprisingly spacious, encompassing one entire floor of the building ( only five stories per building) with an elevator only a few steps away ! Interestingly, there are extra futon- type bedding units, stored in the closets, for an overflow of extra children or young guests. On the ground floor, there is a storage closet for this unit, with two high-back beach chairs for your beach time ( also, beach towels can be found inside the unit's bathroom closets). Shopping in the immediate area includes three large food stores, a large shopping mall, two movie theaters, a UPS store, and an abundance of restaurants. We enjoyed this convenience . Old Naples' downtown area is 20 minutes away, which has definite character, atmosphere, and interesting restaurants and shops. We wish you a very pleasant stay , also !
