We enjoyed our stay at this place! It was a great place to stay, the property was clean, stylish and great location in Jindabyne. The amenities need to be looked at though. The dishwasher was not working properly and the knives in the kitchen were not sharp and so we struggled a bit while cooking.
Air conditioning was quite poor as well, when downstairs was perfect, upstairs became too hot. Basic necessities should have been available e.g. garbage bins and toilet paper. We also struggled with turning on the heater as the handbook provided did not provide clear details. But the fire place did a great job!
Overall, it was a lovely stay, we had a group of 10 and the place was quite spacious. I believe, just fixing up a few things the place would have gotten 5 stars!

Thank you for your feedback.
We have since inspected the dishwasher and found that the tablet dispenser is broken, this is being repaired. There was a knife sharpener provided in the drawer in the kitchen but the owners have since bought a new knife set for the property that comes with a sharpening block.
There is a starter pack provided in the property which includes a spare garbage bag and toilet roll for the bathrooms. Once this runs out it is up to the guest to provide their own.
The heating can be tricky to navigate but we are more than happy for guests to phone us if they require any assistance operating the system. We will update the information in the folder over the summer and see if we can break it down further for future guests.

Almost perfect
The property is stylish, clean, warm and have pretty much everything you need. The neighbourhood feels safe. It is almost perfect. Just 3 things.
1. The non-stick pots and pans in the kitchen are pretty run down. They all stick pretty pretty badly except for the wok. Would be nice if they get replaced with new ones as we do enjoy cooking at home.
2. We had 2 very windy nights and the gate on our property was making a lot of noise during the night. Basically, no one could sleep as the noise was pretty unbearable.
3. There is no where to hang bath towel in the bathroom.
Everything else on the property is perfect. If the 3 items could be fixed above, I would definitely give it a 5 stars rating and will definitely come back again.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know of these issue.
1.We are getting the pots and pans replaced in the property and will have replacements readily available in the future.
2.We have investigated the gate issues and found it to be the gate in the neighbouring property and this has now been fixed
3.The bathrooms were all meant to be fitted with towel rails so we will be following this up with the builder and get it sorted.

Big but imperfect
Good size - lots of space and pretty good amenities. Air-conditioning is very poor. When downstairs finally reaches a comfortable temperature, upstairs is a sauna. Even with fire going full bore, it is hard to get temperature to a comfortable level.
Quality is vaiable - e.g drying room door has already warped. Wrong sort of door for the purpose.
A basic coffee press or pod machine would be nice - as would basic music facilities.
In time it will be a good option once these matters are sorted out.

Thank you for taking the time to review 43A Twynam after your recent stay.
We have had the central heating checked over by the technician and they have rectified all issues. It seems the zoning for the bedroom heating was turned off.
We have checked over the door in the drying room and could not find any issues with it. The owner is looking into a new heater for the drying room.
We have added a coffee pod machine to the property and the owners will be looking for a blue tooth speaker system of some sort at the end of winter.
The property was only finished in June of this year and there were quite a few things the owners would have loved to have added to the property but unfortunately did not have time before the first booking came in.
