We enjoyed the great location of this home, in walking distance (for us, anyway) to the river and downtown Napa. And the back yard was lovely with a very clean and well-maintained hot tub! Had a wonderful dinner at Torc and enjoyed the wine train and hiking in Skyline Park.

I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay in Napa!! This home is perfect in every way, spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing back yard and so close to downtown. Super easy check in and out and the surprise hot tub that I missed when selecting the home online was an added bonus!

Excellent location. Close to downtown for a nice walk for coffee each morning. The beds are queen size. The third “bathroom” is a toilet in the laundry room.

Great stay

The place was in a great neighborhood and within walking distance to town. Many restaurants nearby. Francesca’s house had all the amenities needed and a great backyard to sit and relax. Highly recommend staying here and would book again,

Wonderful house for Napa getaway!

House is beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. Backyard is lovely. Fantastic location, walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, stores and wine bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Napa. Location was quiet and only a short walk away from restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room with all the amentities we needed. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful, clean, walking distance to downtown Napa.

Property was very clean and nicely laid out. Kitchen was great for making breakfast each morning. 15 minute walk to downtown Napa where you can find everything you need. Didn't spend any time in the backyard, it was still a bit chilly during our stay. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, great location

With a group of 6 people, we were very comfortable. We were able to walk to downtown Napa and drove 15 minutes to wineries. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommend this home.
