Tiffanie By The Sea 219D is a great ocean block condo with everything you need, walk to the beach, or lounge at the outdoor pool. Enjoy your view over looking the pool. Close to many restaurants, activities & beach fun. Property has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a queen in the master, and two twins in the 2nd bedroom. Living room also has a queen sleeper. This is a 2nd floor walk-up adjacent to the pool area. The living area TV is a smart tv and you may use your Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming apps. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Two parking spaces. This property rents any 3 nights all season!
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Property should be updated

The location is great. Check-in process was quick and easy. The property could definitely use some updating to the bathrooms, carpet, and the bed in the master is uncomfortable.

Not as pictured.

Pictures were NOT accurate. The property was very run down. There was a musty smell throughout the condo. Nothing in the property looks like it’s been upgraded in 30 years.

Please know that anytime that you stay with us, we are here to help you if you any issues in one of our properties. I wish you had called so we could have tried to fix issues. Not what we expected

The location and building were in a great location, but the unit we stayed in was not clean and the furniture was filthy. There were stains on the walls that we had to wipe off. The outlets in both bathrooms didn't work and the tv's in both bedrooms didn't work. Some of the outlets in the units had no covers on them and they were hanging out of the walls. Very unsafe if you have children. We would not recommend this unit.

Good Location--property needs love...

Not cleaned well (if at all). Dirty dishes in dishwasher, coffee grounds left in coffee machine, old socks under beds, stained carpet, stained chairs, etc...

Needs upgrades but nice vacation stay

Comfortable and close to the beach with a partial view of the ocean; accommodations excellent, price reasonable, needed functional and decorative upgrades (non-functioning outlets, new flooring in bathrooms), easy check-in/out, conveniently located, relieved the outdoor pool was open, COVID restrictions followed for condos. Would rent again if given opportunity and advances.

Great location!

Great location, walking distance to shops and food!! Accommodations were a bit run down. The floor in the one bathroom was peeling up. Stains on the floor in the other bathroom. Carpets with lots of stain. My son couldn’t find his FB, we looked under the beds. WOW! Very dirty - a lot of trash. I was just disappointed for the price I paid as to how run down it was!!!! The twin beds were comfortable, the queen not so much, lumpy and you fall into the middle. If you have any kind of back problems, this may not be the bed for you! The air wasnt working when we got there, called the desk and they did have someone out to fix within 2 hours, that was nice! Short walk to the beach! If you don’t mind a bit run down, this should be fine.
