Featuring a beautiful swimming pool, cabana, and outdoor fireplace, Sunset Lodge will provide hours of recreation and relaxation. Mature oaks add to the scenic beauty of this 1-acre lot. You're also just minutes away from Frio River access points, a short drive to Garner State Park and only a block from Frio Valley Ranch, and two blocks from the House Pasture restaurant and live music venue.

Did have some water issues that was city issue though and check in at 4 means check in at 4 not a minute sooner which is hard to plan for when you are making a 6 hour trip pool was really nice there was plenty of room for everyone

Property was fantastic! Inside was very clean, and wifi was super fast. Our only complaint was that a few of the exterior lights were out leaving little light in the pool area during evening hours and there was several ants. The ant problem, however, can likely be chalked up to the location of the property and thankfully weren't biting anyone.

Upstairs room were very warm !!

Awesome place.

The house is clean, organized and well kept. Pool was big enough for all of the kids and adults. One of the top bedrooms gets kind of warm during the day but at nights it's okay. River access is just minutes away. Other than that the house was awesome.

Overall nice and clean

Nice that it has 3 queen beds in 2 of its bedrooms. Big and open space for the living room, dining and kitchen. We liked that it has 2 refrigerators. Easy check in and check out. The only thing is the loft is too warm while the rest of the place is cold. I don’t have complains about bringing our own linens and towels cause we always do due to the pandemic but a few hangers in the bedrooms would be nice. It’s something I didn’t think of bringing. Overall its a perfect place for a big family

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.

We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
