Includes kitchenette with toaster over, sink and mini-fridge. The bathroom features deep soaking tub and separate stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TV, ceiling fan, and fireplace.
Just steps from your villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.
