Gulf Views from two floors! Beautiful vacation home located in La Valencia Beach Resort conveniently located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Gated community with Tennis court, Private, Gated Beach Front Pool and Beach Access Ramp. ''SUGAR BEACH'' is located directly across the street from the beach. This 3 story home has a luxurious coastal feel featuring 10 ft. ceilings, ceramic tile and Brazilian hardwood floors, TWO King Master suites with private balconies, and two additional bedrooms with private balconies. Bedroom three on the second floor features a Queen bed. The third floor has a Queen sleeper sofa and a private balcony. The second floor also features two over sized built in BUNKS! Home comfortably sleeps 10 (both living room sofa and third floor comfy sofas are queen sleepers).

So Relaxing!

The house is beautiful! There were plenty of rooms for everyone to have some private space. The location to beach and pool is ideal. The kitchen had everything! We had such a wonderful time here and this home provided all that we needed. This was one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in so far in PCB!

Spring break family fun

We had a wonderful vacation! We were there for spring break with our kids. Condo was beautifully decorated. We loved being able to grill out and cook at the condo. Beds were super comfy. We were a stone throw from the beach/pool. Short driving distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts/owners were great at communicating. We would highly recommend! Great property right on the gulf

We had 4 adults and two kids and all had a great time. If you are older and struggle getting in and out of a tub, then use the king sized bedroom on the second floor

Summer Vacation 2023

Our family really enjoys staying here. The ease of getting to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the beach. Having a pool beach side is a big plus! The owners are always helpful if needed, which isn’t often. This is our third year staying here and we are looking forward to staying here again.

Can't sing enough praise about the host and property. Property was clean, and 100% as described. My Brother and I along with our Small Children stayed in the house and slept very comfortably. Beautiful house in a gated neighborhood right across the street from the beach and beachfront pool. Great spot for our family of five. Plenty of space and well maintained property. The only downside was the noise from the main road and nearby construction woke us up a couple days. But that’s to be expected this close to the beach.

ALWAYS a great time

After missing last year, we were able to get this unit again. Steve is a great host/owner - very responsive. The property is in great shape, the beach is terrific and this neighborhood cant be beat with their dedicated pool are with restrooms and shade on the beach side of 30-A even though most of the units are across from the beach!

Great Stay

We had excellent communication with the owner and loved our stay! The pictures are accurate and there was plenty of space. All the bedrooms are comfortable and have their own balcony but there is some traffic noise from the road.The sofa bed upstairs was used without any complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook and included spices, coffee filters, Dawn, a sponge, a roll of paper towels as well as hand soap in the kitchen and all bathrooms. A upgraded Samsung Washer & Dryer were a nice surprise and easily handled six beach towels. Publix is close by as well as a nice liquoir store. The walk to the beach access is literally around the corner through the gate and across the street through the pool which overlooks the beach. We had outstanding beach service from Chairs2U. They were very fast to respond and checked in to make sure we found our umbrella and with beach updates. This is as close as you can get without being beachside.
