Property was exactly as listed, no surprises. It was great for our needs for a couple of nights. Clean space, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor deck. Minor issue with the code not working when we got to the house, but property manager was on top of it and it was easily remedied. Deck furniture is great for eating outside, but a little uncomfortable if you want to sit outside and read or relax. Otherwise, great property!

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear that the property met your needs and that the property manager was responsive in resolving the minor issue with the access code. Your feedback about the deck furniture is appreciated, and we will look into ways to improve the outdoor seating. We're glad you had an overall great experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
Nice house for what it is.
Pros: cute layout, decent location, reasonably priced
Cons: outdoor shower doesn’t work, hose doesn’t work, nest thermostat had been programmed for a 75* temp an moon everyday made the house extremely hot coming back from the beach, tv in twin bed bedroom works when it wants too.

Thank you for writing this review. We are thankful that you have brought your concerns to our attention. We will pass this information on to our maintenance depart for repairs to be made if warranted. We look forward to seeing you again on your next stay on the Outer Banks.
The property was very nice and comfortable. There were lots of windows so we didn't need to use air/heat. Appreciated the extra blanket for cooler evenings and the fan for hotter days.
My suggestions for improvement relate to supplies. There was only one dish towel. A second one would have been useful since I washed the dishes by hand. Also, there was only one soap (and it was TINY) in each bathroom. It was barely a sliver of soap; the smallest I've seen in any rental or hotel. And no extra rolls of TP or paper towels. Thank goodness we had no big spills or diarrhea, either of which would have required more either.. One extra roll of TP in each bathroom and one extra paper towel roll under the sink would have been useful for emergencies.
We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond out back (ducks and turtles). Saw the occasional golfer on the golf course and even found a golf ball by the house! Appreciated the ice maker and I used the Keurig every morning but had to purchase K-cups before hand.
I would recommend that you include a list of suggested items to bring (such as K-cups and extra soap) or supply them for renters.
I saw that you did have a good selection of books (and I left one) and games. Useful for rainy days and/or families.
The location of this rental is great!! I could walk to Food Lion, Fresh Market, Duck Donuts, etc.
All things considered, it was a very good short-term rental and we would rent this house again if we wanted to be in this area of the Outer Banks and Nags Head.
