UPDATED INTERIOR PICS COMING DEC 6. Welcome to a beautiful Outer Banks home tucked away in the quaint neighborhood of Collington Harbour. With being five minutes from the beach and views that overlook the canal, this fully stocked and furnished beach house will provide a vacation to remember for years to come. This house includes access to the dog park, tennis courts, a boat ramp with easy access for kayaks/canoes and a playground. We hope you fall in love with the Outer Banks just as we have.

Perfect for a family

Gem in OBX

Our stay was perfect. The home is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. I took advantage of many of the kitchen extras. The fenced in yard was a big plus since this was our first year traveling with our dog. We felt at home during our stay at this property and were sad to go.

A great place to stay!

My family and I spent a weekend at this property in January and had a great time. Checkin was easy and communications with the host were great. It is very close to the Wright Brothers Memorial and all of the other adventures to be had on the outer banks. The living space was plenty big for our group of 8 and a dog to hang out and visit and the bedrooms were comfortable as well. The home did have some cracks in the walls and the cleaning crew could have done a better job especially in the living and dining room area where there was some stickiness on the dining room table and popcorn between the couch cushions, but those were minor and overall our stay was outstanding!

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable We did notice the front rail is very weather worn and has many wood splinters. Also the very large neighbors dog roamed into the yard and growled at us. The owner apologized but every day he would come over to do his business. We had anticipated Judy g the kayak s which would have been great, except we had no way to transport the the 1.2 miles to to dock.

Clean and modern

The last time I stayed at a rental, it was full of spiders (see my Google review). I was terrified to try again. My stay at The Great Atlantic was WONDERFUL!!!! The house was spotless, it was updated, and everything was in its dedicated space. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. I have nothing negative to say about our stay!! I encourage anyone to stay there. You won’t regret it.

Quiet house

The house is very quiet. The neighbors were outside, but you couldn’t hear them inside. The beds were very comfortable, our daughter loved that she had the same sheet set. The photos don’t show just how room is upstairs. Nice owners to work with, offered us the opportunity for an early check-in, sadly we couldn’t take him up on the offer, but wonderful he reached out.
