Kingsgate, is a Wyndham owned and managed property which offers you assurance of quality accommodations. Condo is a 3 bedroom lockoff which means it consists of a larger 2br deluxe with 2 baths next to a smaller 1br suite with a single bath. In addition, each side of the combined condos has living and kitchen areas which on the smaller suite is a mini kitchen. All of these features are larger on the deluxe side.
There is an interior door connecting the two condos as well as an exterior entrance to each condo. Take a look a the floorplan to see what you are getting.

Kingsgate resort charges a $10 per day per condo (not per person) amenities fee. This covers all resort amenities. You will pay this fee when you check in.

Please understand that all photos are representative of the condos at Wyndham Kingsgate. All 3 bedroom condos are essentially the same in floorplan, size and decor. The actual 3 bedroom unit in this listing will be assigned at the resort the week of your arrival.

Kingsgate is your "Home Away from Home" in Williamsburg. Wyndham Kingsgate, situated about a mile away from Williamsburg's historical area, resembles a small colonial community with typical colonial style buildings, streets and street lights. The property's spaciousness and lower-key architectural style lends a warm, comfortable "home away from home" feel to your stay. Swimming, minigolf, tennis and the arcade are all conveniently grouped together so that the whole family can enjoy all of the activities together. Just 5 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, largest historical restoration in America. Virginia Beach is a 60 mile drive and you are just 2.5 hours from DC. Yorktown and Jamestown are a 15 minute drive. Bush Gardens is also nearby.

This is a timeshare resort. You are not required to attend any resort timeshare selling meeting. This is not to say that you will not be invited to do so. If and when asked, simply say "No Thanks!"
