With an amazing ocean and pool view from your own private balcony, this second floor condo is the perfect beach getaway. With a beachy theme throughout, this adorable condo will quickly become your home away from home. The spacious living room has ample seating for families of all sizes and the dining room comfortably seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for a stay of any length and comes with a full sized washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an updated private master bathroom. There is a queen and a full bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” and the second bathroom was also beautifully updated.

Please note: the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club.

We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

All the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
