The Space:

This spacious 2-bedroom condo at Aldea Thai is the ultimate Playa del Carmen base for those looking to be close to the action. Located just steps from Mamitas, Coralina, and Tata Beach Clubs, you’ll enjoy the best beach clubs in town while having your own private retreat to relax in. Step inside and you’ll find a bright, airy living room with plenty of seating to kick back after a day at the beach. The large sliding doors open right onto the private terrace, merging indoor comfort with outdoor vibes. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for whipping up meals, and the dining area, with seating for six, is perfect for casual meals or game nights. The terrace? It’s your personal hangout spot with a plunge pool to cool off, and plenty of space to soak up the sun.

The Neighborhood:

Aldea Thai is perfectly located a block away from Mamitas, Coralina, and Tata Beach Clubs, and 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida), where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes and more. You’re also close to Calle Corazón, Quinta Alegría shopping mall, and 38th Street, making it easy to explore everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Whether you're lounging at the beach, shopping, or enjoying local dining spots, this neighborhood has everything you need for an exciting getaway.



Getting Around:

Located just a short 1-hour drive from Cancun’s International Airport, Aldea Thai offers the perfect base to explore Playa del Carmen and the Yucatán Peninsula.



You’re only a 15-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry terminal, making day trips to the island a breeze. Plus, the ADO bus station is just 15 minutes on foot, connecting you to the region’s top destinations. Venture out to discover iconic spots like Chichen Itza, the stunning cenotes, and Xcaret, or enjoy the convenience of onsite parking to explore the area at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Even though it's not the norm, you might experience sporadic noise from renovations in nearby condos.



Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.



There is a penalty fee of $12 USD per lost bracelet or not returned to reception.



Electricity is included in your stay. Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely. Make sure to turn off all fans, lights and AC's when you are not in the property and remember to keep doors and windows closed when the AC is operating to avoid condensation.



We are happy to assist you with other services such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, and more. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.



We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to check in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



House Rules

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's grounds.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid from moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please use the safe inside condo for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
