The Gathering Place is a 2,692 sq ft 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa located by the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickleball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

The perfect place for a group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was an incredible experience. The house was fantastic and being on the 18th tee made it easy to walk over to the clubhouse for our round of golf. The customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. One of my best memories for our annual golf trip. Will continue to push the thought of having the group come back. The golf planning done by the ledges team was great and made it super simple. Overall I only have great things to say about Dan and his team for helping me out this together.

Worth It!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely perfect for what we needed and how many people we had! Everyone absolutely enjoyed and all the kids loved it! One thing we didn't realize is that one of the bedrooms upstairs, shares a bathroom and it is not it's own, but not too big of deal (just didn't specify in the listing) - Only other thing is, there was a small leak under the kitchen sink that's been there awhile and starting to rot the wood and have a lil smell ... But other than that, absolutely perfect!

Love This Place!

This place has a great floor plan, every bedroom has an attached bath, the kitchen is great and well stocked for a large group, and it's very clean. We would love to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 32 of us on a golf buddies trip. We rented 5 units and all of them were spectacular. The rentals were clean, modern, well equipped, nicely furnished, and conveniently located near the clubhouse and within close proximity of each other. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. We enjoyed our stay very much.
