This gem is exactly as advertised: clean, bright, spacious, and with perfect views of the red rocks! Sunrises by the firepit on the east side of the house were spectacular, as we did sunsets on the smaller balconies to the west. The kitchen was also well stocked, which made cooking after longs days of golf super easy. Loved this place—and know you will too

Everything was super clean. Didn’t lack for anything. The back of the home faced a highway, but noise was not an issue. We were unable to park in the garage as it had a fridge and other stuff stored in it. We drove a medium sized SUV.

Great property

This 3-bed 4-bath property was clean, comfortable, and functional with many amenities. It can seat 12 for meals inside and another 6 outside. In addition to a back porch with pretty landscaping, it has two upstairs balconies with seating - one has a porch swing, hanging lights, and a fire pit. Location was great, pool was fun, check in and check out were easy. House came with the arcade games and many board games. Beds and couches were comfortable for ages 5-85. 100% would recommend!

Relaxation with a lovely view!

Ledge’s is a lovely and relatively new golf course community outside St. George. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 1-car garage stores a lot of owner items and does not have room for a regular vehicle, so be aware your car will be parked outside. The private driveway has room for 1 vehicle. You will love Tge Ledge’s community!

Unblocked view of the scenic Snow Canyon area is special - no neighborhood homes blocking from the patio view. Everything you can imagine is in the unit’s kitchen for cooking and serving a meal on beautiful dishes. The beds are comfortable. We miss a primary bathroom tub but there are 3 standard tubs upstairs. TIP - The unit does not have martini glasses ... bring your own. Enjoy!
