This is the second time we've stayed at this cabin. The hosts are great and you can't beat hanging out around the fire pit after you're done fishing the trout stream in the back yard.

Home was clean and ready for us. Hosts were amazing with providing a bottle of wine and keeping us loaded up firewood. You will enjoy the stream in the back yard. Easy access to the surrounding area that has plenty to offer.

This place is a true hidden gem. Peaceful and relaxing, close to anything you would need. The hosts Mike and Sue are amazing and welcoming. The whole process from check in to check out was seamless. We really enjoyed our stay. The kiddos loved playing in the creek or sitting on the swing.

Great location and pleasant accommodations. You can walk out of the door and be fishing in minutes. And very convenient to town, fishing, and Carlisle. One small note, there is a train crossing nearby so the whistle can be loud, but I think this is true of every place within miles of here. It wasn't an issue for us after the first night, but if you are a light sleeper you might consider ear plugs. Again, you can hear the trains everywhere in Boiling Springs, so not particular to this house, which is lovely. Enjoyed meeting Cooper, the owner's dog, who lives next door.

We had a wonderful stay for a group of college friends. The property is perfect for a quiet relaxing stay. Peaceful and stress free. My wife didn’t want to leave. Would do it again or just bring family for a visit. Away from civilization but close enough to get out to do something different. Owners a great people that give you the extra home away from home feeling. The river and wildlife provide an everlasting sense of peace and tranquility that prevent any stress from entering your mind. Thank you so much for having us!

Brett and his crew were very respectful of our property. They left it extremely clean and even stripped the beds that were used. We would be happy to just them again.

This farmhouse is the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys kicking back in nature. We met up with our son who was hiking the Appalachian Trail - very convenient. Grilled every night and had a fire while listening to the creek in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking. You can fish practically out the back door! Owners live next door and we're very friendly and helpful.
