A cosy house with an amazing view of the sea surrounded by the Peloponnese nature. You will enjoy the virgin and non touristic area of east Peloponnese with breathtaking milky way photo views and unique sunrises . The area has a huge variety of activities from swimming in the sea, snorkeling, diving, fishing, hiking, biking and rock climbing. You will meet the local people and taste the greek ''meze'' or fresh sea food from the local fishermen.

Beautiful location

The place was great. We had everything we needed. Vasilis is a great host and we got good tips from him. He also gave a small gift including one breakfast for first day and bottle of wine.After some days he changes our towels and sheets which was very great.We can just recommend it!

Great & Calm Holiday

We had the pleasure to stay at this amazing place for two weeks. The house is super well equipped (kitchen & even beach accessories) and we missed nothing. It’s ideal to have a relaxing time and all needs can be covered by a short drive. (+-15 min) Beaches in the area are super calm, the beautiful beach close to the house could be accessed by a short 8min walk. During our time we had to wade 10 seconds through (calve high) calm water in order to reach it. Vasilis was super attentive, a great host and made sure that we had a great time. Arrival and departure was super flexible and we were welcomed warmly even in later hours as our flight was delayed. We can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday :)

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet für Selbstversorger, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Vassilis hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt und auch schon etwas in den Kühlschrank gelegt - sehr nett! Wenn man nicht in die hauseigene Bucht will (der Weg ist gut begehbar), gibt es etliche Buchten mit Strandbars in der Nähe - Badeschuhe empfohlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch einen Regentag gut im Haus verbringen können. Anfang Oktober gibt es noch schöne Morgensonne auf den Terassen. Für Ausflüge z.B. nach Sparta oder Monemvasia muss man berücksichtigen, dass es in vielen Serpentinen über die Berge geht.

A éviter, bien trop cher pour ce que c'est

Arrivée difficile certes tardive mais le propriétaire était absent , pas de choses à manger lors de l'accueil. La femme de ménage était la et ce heureusement. La rue ou path pour trouver la maison est difficile d'accès, et les deux plaques de rues sont a ras du sol et difficilement visibles. En plus c'est dangereux d'accéder a Odos Poseidonos a cause de la route principale. Chambres petites, idem pour la salle d'eau. Le site indique une salle d'eau au niveau de la pièce à vivre et c'est faux. Salle principale moyennement grande. BBQ ok , frigo contenant des aliments périmés. Accès a la plage difficile, voire par endroits dangereux.15mn pour descendre et 25 pour remonter, et en plus on arrive pas a la plage principale. La maison a une vue superbe mais cela ne fait pas tout. La voisine la plus proche est Française , désagréable et tres bruyante,une nuit complète sans dormir (nuit du 11 au 12). Il est a noter que le propriétaire pourrait faire un effort pour ranger la maison et ne pas laisser ses affaires personnelles a droite et a gauche. Départ ce matin sans voir personne et sans nouvelles du Proprietaire Vassilis Bosdas. A éviter donc pour ne pas dépenser de l'argent inutilement. Dommage car le coin est sympa

Super Lage und Aussicht

Das Haus liegt in einer phantastischen Wander- und Baderegion mit vielen kleinen Buchten. Der Zugang zur "eigenen" Badebucht ist nur mit Treckingschuhen begehbar und nicht in einem guten Zustand.In der Wohnküche gibt es wenig Stauraum für eigene Dinge. Das liegt unter anderem daran, dass alle Vormieter Lebens- und Putzmittel zurückgelassen haben.Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und von den Terrassen ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir hatten sogar von Delfinen Besuch.Die Sanitärräume sind nichts für Menschen mit Angst vor engen Räumen. Auch hier gibt es kaum Ablagefläche. Nachdem wir das Moskitonetz im Schlafzimmer geflickt hatten, wurden wir auch von den Moskitos verschont. Der Hausherr reagierte auf Anfragen immer sehr schnell. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Fantastische Aussicht, (Fast-)Privater Strand

Wirklich sehr schöner Ort, 15min mit Auto nach Leonidi.Info: Es ist alles recht "steil", Zufahrtsstrasse, Weg zum Strand, Treppen im Haus...Wohnung gut eingerichtet, nicht "top-modern", aber sehr passend.Vassilis ist ein super Gastgeber. Danke!

VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA

Vacanza meravigliosa come dico nel titolo! La casa perfetta: attrezzatissima, molto pulita, silenziosa, immersa nella natura, posizione spettacolare, con accesso diretto a una delle più belle spiagge della zona, praticamente sempre semi deserta (hanno accesso solo le persone delle case vicine). Acqua cristallina, dalle mille sfumature, pulitissima, come in tutte le spiagge che abbiamo visitato durante la vacanza (tutte raggiungibili in 20/30 minuti di auto). Per accedervi, c'è un sentiero immerso nella natura che parte direttamente da casa; l'unica cosa che segnalo che, una volta arrivati giu', bisogna guadare per un piccolo tratto (noi ci siamo sempre riusciti facilmente anche con una bimba di 5 anni). E' una zona molto tranquilla, mai fatto code, sempre trovato parcheggio, pochissima gente in spiaggia e tutti sempre molto gentili. Ci sono tantissima taverne/ristoranti dove andare a cena, tutti buonissimi e molto economici. Vassilis è stato un host molto serio, preciso, presente per qualsiasi problema. Ci ha accolto regalandoci diverse bottiglie di vino da poter gustare durante le nostre cene in terrazza! La casa, il posto, il mare...tutto ben al di sopra delle aspettative! Grazie Vassilis!

Geniale Ferienwohnung mit bester Ausstattung

Wir waren zu 4. für 11 Nächte in der Wohnung, um Griechenland und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vasilis und sein Team haben sich wundervoll um uns gekümmert und die Wohnung hatte alles, was man sich wünschen könnte (Grill, überdachter Autoparkplatz, Strandsachen, Wi-Fi, ...). Vasilis, Irene und die Putzfrau waren alle super nett und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un super sejour dans la maison de Vasilis ou rien ne manquait et Vasilis avait meme prevu des provisions (beurre, lait, cafe...) et a bien pris le temps de nous presenter les lieux pour que nous puissions profiter pleinement dès notre arrivée et c'est ce que nous avons fait. L'endroit est magnifique et toute les conditions sont réunies pour passer de tres beĺles vacances. Un grand merci à Vasilis.

Merveilleux et authentique

tout commence par un accueil exceptionnel, Vasilis est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. un kit de bienvenue vous attend qui vous permet de vous poser à votre arrivée. Ensuite, c'est la première fois que la description de l'annonce est très en dessous de la réalité. la maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. le jardin avec ses différentes terrasses vous permet d'appriécier la vue à couper le souffle quelque soit l'heure de la journée. je vous conseille le levé du soleil qui est un moment magique. l'accès à la plage est aisé par un petit chemin. vous arrivez sur un plage où seules les maisons alentours peuvent accéder. une baigande dans des eaux cristallines au milieu des poissons. cette région n'étant pas trop touristique vous trouverez d'authentiques restaurants délicieux. un merveilleux séjour qui a permis à toute la famille de se ressourcer et de recharger les batteries pour l'année.

Un coin de Paradis

Vasilis est un hôte accueillant et au petit soin pour ses locataires ( petit déjeuner prévue suite à notre arrivée tardive). La maison est plus qu'équipée, il ne manque rien.La vue est magnifique et le lieu est parfait pour se ressourcer au milieu de cette nature. Super location dans une très belle region

L'appartement est très bien agencé et confortable, la vue est magnifique et il y a une très jolie plage en contrebas. Vassilikis nous a donné plein de conseils sur la région et nous a accueilli avec des provisions et tous les produits de base ce qui nous a grandement facilité la vie.

Perfekte Entspannungs-Oase

Klar, wenn Sie Ramba-Zamba, Highlife und Party suchen, sind Sie an diesem Ort falsch. Wollen Sie allerdings Griechenland mit allen Sinnen erleben, suchen Sie körperliche und seelische Entspannung, möchten Sie trotzdem nicht auf hervorragende Infrastruktur verzichten und alles in einer familientauglichen Umgebung: ab nach Pera Melana zu Vasilis ! Kaffee trinken auf der Terasse mit Blick auf die Bucht war eines der eindrücklichsten Entschleunigungs-Erlebnisse der letzten Jahre. Die Einrichtung des Hauses grenzt an Perfektion, Kommunikation klappt zeitnah, absolute Privatsphäre - kurzum: besser geht fast nicht...

Exceptionnel !

La maison est parfaite, la localisation magnifique et Vassilis et Ansa sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous avons été accueillis avec un apéritif, ils avaient même prévu de nous laisser de quoi manger pour le soir afin que l'on ne soit pas obligé d'aller faire des courses ! La maison est toute équipée et d'une propreté impeccable. La plage juste en dessous est facilement accessible et très agréable. Et la vue on ne s'en lasse pas... bref, ce fut une semaine de rêve pour nous et nos enfants ! Merci !

Great stay near the sea

We were a family of 4 staying for Christmas and New Years. We were 12 minutes from Leonidio and was convenient for rock climbing. The house has great views of the sea and layout for sleeping was super. Very quiet, clean, and everything worked great. Comfortable heating for colder days, and the fireplace was nice. Short walk to the sea. We had an awesome stay. Highly recommended.

Séjour merveilleux

Cette location à été une très belle decouverte. Elle était parfaite pour un séjour de repos, au calme, face à la mer. Maison parfaitement équipée, très facile à vivre et très bel accueil de Vasilis le propriétaire. Le plus est l'emplacement non loin d'un petit port fort charmant et la possibilité d'aller à la plage à pieds depuis la maison. La propreté de la plage et une eau translucide en font un petit paradis. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Best place we stayed ever

Perfect place to get away from our busy lives and just relax. Nothing disturbs your view and sound of the sea and you feel you are almost on your own little island. Very nice little beach, which we had almost to ourselves. We surely also experienced the best of Greek hospitality. Vasilis the owner was very proactive in ensuring everything would be prefect for us, which is was. For us a family of 4, with 2 grown up kids, it does not get better than this. We WILL be back.

Why they chose this property

The area, bare plot in 2006, was introduced to the family by an architect. The landscape and the view caught immediately our attention, and we assigned the architect to build a house (part of a 6-houses complex). Further advantages: Close to the sea, not too far from Athens (2.5 hours by car), access not dependent from weather conditions, quiet, not touristic area, minimal sound and light pollution.

It is a quiet and relaxing environment where you will experience a unique panoramic view of the sea and at the same time hear the splashing waves.
