Mountain View Hat Head - Bring your own linen

This neatly renovated three-bedroom brick cottage, set on a 580m² block, offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The brand new kitchen features a gas cooktop, and the updated bathroom includes modern fixtures.

Fans in all rooms ensure comfort throughout, and the large open-plan lounge and dining area creates a spacious, inviting space. The cottage is equipped with two flat-screen TVs for your entertainment, as well as a private laundry with a washer and dryer.

Step outside to the undercover gas BBQ and outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. There’s off-street parking on a cement slab beside the house, and the location offers an easy walk to the country club for dinner and drinks, or a short stroll over the dunes to the beach. The large grassed area provides plenty of space for the kids to play.

Please Note: 'Mountain View Hat Head' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Better than expected

Great location - easy beach access through back gate. Large living/lounge space, separate wing for adult bedroom A fantastic for privacy. Large kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook/bake/entertain guests. DVD player and 2x tvs perfect for our family. We will be back again

Ok property but don't expect much from co managers

No working oven- replaced over 3 hours starting at 7:30am. Replacement faulty -not working! Toaster triggered trip switch- no power. Second TV not working-broken screen. Gardeners with noisy brush cutters. 3 emails to managers - No response nor acknowledgement. Owner needs to change real estate managers!

Our family has stayed in many rental properties in Hat Head over the last 10 years and this house had it all! The kitchen is really well equipped, so much entertainment space, the beds were really comfy and 2 toilets, always a bonus!. Its close to everything so you walk everywhere and leave the car parked!
