Sandy Place 75B Seaside Living

75B Sandy Place is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. This duplex is situated across the street from the calm waters of Long Beach. Although only a few minutes walk to the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbecue and settle in for the afternoon. With a lovely open planned living area downstairs, including a modern kitchen, upstairs has three good sized bedrooms, one bathroom downstairs and another upstairs with a bath, shower and toilet. A single lock up garage for your use. This is the ideal holiday spot and so close to the beach you can wander down for a swim, or a leisurely stroll along the foreshores or even try your luck and throw a line in. This property has air conditioning and would make for a relaxing family getaway. The owners have provided some beach chairs for your use on the sand. Don't underestimate this property for a beautiful family experience on the water.

Master Bedroom: Upstairs, Queen Size bed.
Bedroom Two: Upstairs, Queen Size bed
Bedroom Three: upstairs, tri- bunks.

Bathrooms/Laundry: Downstairs there is a laundry complete with a top loading washing machine. Upstairs has a bathroom with a shower toilet and bath.

Outside: A lovely enclosed back courtyard to enjoy entertaining and relaxing around the outdoor setting and barbecue. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and a single lock up garage.

Pets: Pets are not welcome. No wifi.

Bookings: High - 7 night minimum; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

Excellent location with ocean sounds

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property and amenities at Sandy Place 75B Seaside Living were fantastic but we were let down by the cleanliness. Bathrooms were not clean ie mould in showers, basins and mirrors not clean and exhaust fans clogged with dirt and dust (A fire hazard) When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dishes! Body hair in the beds and they were not made up too. Ironically on departure day at 7:45am the cleaner was in the driveway waiting for us to leave even though checkout is 10 am! Other then this disappointment the property is located one street from the beach and does have all the things you will need to enjoy a nice getaway with family and friends.
