Treasure Island Retreat

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was very prompt in replying to our requests, however the main contact listed did not return several calls regarding a plumbing leak.The cookware in unit was so so and we purchased a fry pan to use during our stay. The building was well maintained and quiet.

Beautiful views of the intercostal! Only a few steps to the beach! Loved having the wagon and beach toys to use! The property owners were great to work with! Can’t wait to visit again!

The condo and facilities were great! Very clean and maintained condo with great amenities (cart for beach, chairs, beach towels, etc). The view from the deck was beautiful too (saw dolphins several days).

Five women stayed here for our girls trip and it was awesome! The condo is comfortable, updated and very clean. The deck was large enough for all of us to hang out and enjoy our morning coffee and watch dolphins and birds.

We came to Treasure Island for a wedding. The location was perfect. I loved that Publix was right next door so we could stock up on some food/snacks. The pool was beautiful and the view was amazing. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Waterfront Treasure Island Condo was exactly as described. The house was well decorated and well supplied. The convenience of walking to the beach, the grocery store and restaurants, was an added bonus.The waterfront view was beautiful! We saw dolphins and a lot of birds from our spacious patio. I would rent this condo again.

Our second time here!

This is a great condo with a beautiful view off the balcony. Our favorite things include: 1. Proximity to the beach 2. Publix is next door - so convenient 3. We can walk to restaurants 4. As Gen X, we love the old school arcade game :)

Annual Trip To Visit Son In St. Petersburg

The location was convenient to Publix and a very short walk to the beach. The best was the view from the deck. We saw dolphins just about every morning. The sunrises were spectacular. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated.The communication was clear. Checking in and out was very easy. It was one of our best stays while visiting our son who lives in St. Petersburg.

Nicely decorated condo with all necessities provided. We enjoyed the sunrises and watching dolphins. The blue heron on the dock was fun to see as he patiently waited for the fisherman who was fishing off the dock.

Great location and rental

Lovely 2 bedroom condo in the Palms resort. Short walk to the beach and easy access to all other attractions. We only had 2 issues while on property- the lock on the door wasn’t reset at checkin and was difficult to work throughout the stay, the other was the arcade within the home didn’t work as advertised. The rest of the resort is undergoing renovations as we speak and can be noisy into the later hours in the evening. The only suggestion I would have would be to add touchpads at all the resort entrances instead of making everyone enter the same door.

There could have been an individual owner having renovations done in their unit. In that case, we apologize; we would not have been made aware of that. The keypad is only on one door entering the building, however, we do provide a key that can be used for the front door as well, giving you access to another entrance. I'm sorry the arcade screen was having issues; I never received a message from you saying so, therefore, I was not aware. Otherwise, I would have sent someone to repair right away. This has now been repaired."

These owners have thought of everything!

We visited for a long weekend, to enjoy some sun and also a Tampa music festival. The condo was nicely decorated, well-stocked and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed having everything we needed to spend a day at the beach (wagon, towels, coolers, etc) and being GenX-ers, we especially got a kick out of playing the arcade games of our childhood. :)I would definitely come back if I'm visiting the area again!

Very pretty unit. I looks modern, clean and well maintained. The managers of the property were always ready to help it there were any problems. We stayed at the end of one hallway with a daughter and son staying next door. It was fun to have them a few steps away, ready to pop in for a snack or cup of coffee. The views were beautiful. It was a relaxing atmosphere.

Perfect Place to Unwind

I agree with other reviewers when they say the host has thought of everything. It was a great layout. But it was the small touches. Even qtips in the bathrooom drawer. Plenty of supplies. My wife is 60 and I couldn’t get her away from the arcade machine! It was a wonderful condo and we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place!!!!!!

We had a great family vacation at the condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and BEAUTIFUL! It was very well stocked with items you would need while on vacation (kitchen, beach, etc). Playing the arcade was so much fun and brought back some old school memories. It had a wonderful view of the water which was so relaxing. Beach is directly across the street and Publix is directly next door which was great. I would 100% recommend this condo rental, the owners have done an amazing job making the condo feel like a home away from home. Thank you!!!! We look forward to renting the condo again.

Perfect spot for long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo while celebrating our daughter’s graduation from law school. It was very clean and well-kept, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home.One of the best parts was the view from the back porch—absolutely stunning! We watched the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee, and the beach was just steps away. Evening walks along the shore were the perfect way to end each day, especially with those breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.Communication with the owner was excellent. All the directions were clear and easy to follow. We had one small issue with the air conditioning, and even though it was late at night, the owner responded quickly and took care of it right away.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here.
