We loved staying here. It was very comfortable. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved the foosball table and the piano. We'd visit again. Thanks!

Comfy with a few issues
Unfortunately the fireplace had an issue with the remote sensor the first day and night that caused a beeping sound that wouldn't go away until we took apart the front of the unit and disabled it the following evening. The hot tub cover was new, which is fine but there were no instructions on opening the new clips until we inquired about.Beds weren't very comfortable, bring your own pillow.Kitchen is well stocked and organized.

From the owner: “Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the fireplace remote during your first night. It appears the batteries failed unexpectedly, but our housekeeper responded right away and went to the cabin to address it. The spa key is kept on the key ring in the lockbox with the front door key, and we’ll be sure to provide clearer instructions regarding the cover clips for future guests to make access easier. We understand that comfort preferences can vary, as many guests have found the beds comfortable over the years, but we truly appreciate your perspective. Thank you as well for the kind words about the kitchen. We work hard to keep the cabin clean, well stocked, and organized for our guests’ enjoyment.”
We had a great time! Rooms were perfect, kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook. Enjoyed the hot tub, it was heated up for us when we got there. The young adults loved having the Nintendo 64, brought back memories. We all agree that we would love to stay here again.
This was a wonderful stay for my family. The property managers were helpful to address our questions before and during the stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property was comfortable and functional. One minor wish I had was for a couch that's a little more comfortable.
We hope to visit again. Thank you!
House was really clean. We loved the peaceful neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to cook a meal. Hot tub was really nice once it got up to temperature. The deer and the coyotes in the backyard were really cool to watch. We will be staying here again
We stayed for Thanksgiving with grand-parents and children. We were 6 in the house. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, quiet, and perfect for 6 people. We had a great time. The surroundings are great. The house is located at walking distance from the ART.
We highly recommend renting this house.
Very cozy cabin in a quiet area. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. It was too hot to use the hot tub but it looked well kept. Beautiful house on the outside for family pictures.
Unfortunately, the piano did not work during our stay. Two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack and Jill bathroom setup. Aaron was wonderful in quickly replying to all our questions and so much more. Overall, a very good stay with close family!

Nice place but way too hot in the summer without A/C
Pros: nice 3 bedroom cabin centrally located in Arnold. Nicely maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Hot tub.
Cons: It was 90 degrees outside the house when we arrived. It was 87 inside. There are fans in the house if you like sleeping like that. Just too hot in mid summer for me without AC. I must have missed that when I booked it!

Hi Maury,
Thanks for staying with us. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our cabin and sorry to hear that it was too hot for you during your stay.
Unfortunately, the cabin doesn't have AC and it can sometimes get warm during the summer. We do our best to make sure that guests are aware of this ahead of time, as the description shows only heating is available.
Best,
Sheran

Home Sweet Home
Another great visit to this cozy Arnold home. So comfortable and so familiar! A few appreciated improvements and new touches since last fall (Keurig coffee machine, Nest heater/thermostat, etc.). Aaron and Lynn the local contacts are responsive and helpful if needed. Kitchen continues to be well appointed with everything you need to cook major meals. This home is spotless upon arrival! You cannot beat the location for exploring the immediate area and all along Ebbett’s Pass. Thanks to the owners for sharing this place with us. Looking forward to returning again for another peaceful retreat from the wilds of city life! :)

Arnold Trip
We have had many family trips to Arnold over the years and decided to do one more before my daughter goes off to college. The house was very nice and was advertised correctly. The manager let us check-in a couple of hours early which was appreciated. My son loved the foosball table. Having experienced some valley heat waves previously that kept Arnold warm in the evenings, we sought out a place with central HVAC. The only issue we experienced with this house was the thermostat was set to not turn the AC on until it was 74 degrees downstairs which meant the upstairs was closer to 78+ degrees--which is far too warm for my comfort to sleep. When I tried to adjust the thermostat down, it required an access code. Fortunately, it was not super-hot when we were up there, so we opened up the upstairs windows and used the box fans we found in the closets to vent out the upstairs in the evenings. And we did not ask management to adjust the temperature down since we were able to cope with it.

Peaceful Retreat in the Mountains!
Second visit to this cozy Arnold home. It's so peaceful up here! The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The squirrels and birds are fun to watch. The hot tub is lovely (new cover! thx!). The vibe overall is just relaxing. WiFi was reliable and solid for my work purposes. Everything very clean upon arrival as per usual. Thanks for sharing this lovely home!
All as described on VRBO. Very well equipped if you want to cook. Clean, spacious and comfy beds in every room.
We stayed during the heat wave, but there are plenty of fans throughout the house, and we were comfortable. Would love to return!
What a wonderful house to relax and have fun. Everything was perfect for us. 6 ladies playing cards, shopping, and enjoying good food. Thank you VRBO

Two families with kids aged 2 to 10 stayed comfortably in this house. Very good layout, nice hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient location. Would stay here again.

cozy and quiet mountain retreat.
lovely home! great layout conducive to both group gathering and private space. lots of room! quiet and peaceful neighborhood. great squirrel and bird watching. kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs - over eight nights we enjoyed every meal at home (cooking on electric range is always an adventure if you’re used to gas but we succeeded!). hot tub was lovely and we used it multiple times per day. heather the local contact helped us with a few technical difficulties which we appreciated. home is even better in person vs. photos. take the drive to lake alpine - beautiful scenery. would love to return someday! p.s. the back has a sunken patio that runs the full length of back of house. in addition to the hot tub there is a table and chairs to enjoy dining al fresco. a bit hard to see this feature in the photos. [hot tub could benefit from a new cover - it has a lot of holes on top, coming apart at middle seam, the inside lining is sagging into the tub, and the whole thing absorbs water from inside tub and outside if there are rains making removing cover quite a challenge. when we arrived it was laden with water and extremely heavy to remove. minor inconvenience to us but definitely needs attention] thx for a great eight nights in arnold!
My family and I had a great time in Arnold. We all agree it was one of our top favorite family vacations. The house was clean and nice. It was in a perfect location, close to store and bike and hiking trails. We had the best outdoor adventures. My 8, 5, and 3 year old loved the kids room with bunk beds. We can't wait to go back.
The property was nice, it was clean, neighborhood was quite. Truly enjoyed the peacefulness.
We got to see a family of turkeys cruise through everyday. I love all the windows and the breeze that rolled through.
If i had any complaints it would be I would have like to have access to the garage also the lack of privacy of the hot tub and the warmth of the hot tub. It was hot the first night then slowly lost heat over the next 4 days.. Other than that it was Awesome i would stay there again if the hot tub issues were addressed...
Thanks for allowing me to stay in your lovely home

Wonderful stay in Arnold. This cabin is fantastic, super clean, peaceful and perfect location. One of the best cabins we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again. We had a great vacation!
Very twisty turny roads getting up the hill to the property. The House was very clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed making family dinners in the kitchen and laughing in the hot tub. We hope to return again soon
What a great place to stay. Contact with Heather to answer a questions was easy.
Great vacation spot. Deer in the backyard every morning, wild turkeys roaming around and lots of squirrels playing in the trees. The house is well stocked with all you'll need to cook your favorite dishes. The jacuzzi was delightful. It would have been nice to have some beach towels for the jacuzzi, but we happened to bring our own for the lake. Not a big deal. I would stay here again and again. My son was looking forward to playing the piano, but a few of the keys stuck, but that was the only bummer. Thanks so much for making it a great vacation home.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Great house, poor communication
We loved our stay and want to return. It was great for our family! The downstairs master was perfect for my parents and the kids room was fun for my boys! Unfortunately the contact person didn't respond when I texted/emailed before we left, Also we weren't told there was no AT&T service available. When we arrived we couldn't get the lockbox code and had to drive to the Sheriffs office to use a landline. There is also no landline at cabin which was disconcerting since none of our cells worked.
