It was a delight spending our vacation in this apartment.The house is well furnished, comfortable, and a five minutes walk from the harbour, which is really pleasant.We had most of our meals in the nice garden area which was always clean and neat.Svjetlana, the host, is an extremely nice lady and it was a plesure meeting her.We had a great time staying here!

Wonderful Appartement with amazing garden and parking lot. The location is quiet but very central, perfect for us to reach everything. The Appartement was very clean and tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and with all tools equipped in the kitchen whatever you need. Many thanks to our friendly host Svjetlana. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, deshalb auch ein Stern. Allerdings darf man keine Musik hören (mein Bruder hörte einen einzigen Song beim Küche aufräumen, sofort wurde geklingelt.Am zweiten Tag wurde in uns in einem aggressiven Ton vorgeworfen, wir wären zu laut (Laute Schritte, klopfen und vor allem Möbelrücken), was absolut nicht stimmte.2 Tage später kam dann die Hausherrin mit einer Flasche Wein und Süßigkeiten, um uns für unsere Kooperation zu bedanken.Das ganze war so absurd und verstörend, als wäre es damit erledigt. Das komplette Urlaubsfeeling war weg, wir wären am liebsten gegangen.Wir waren zu sechst, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche zwischen 16-18 Jahren, die zum Teil sehr lange geschlafen haben und meistens an ihren Telefonen hingen.Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs und kamen oft gegen 19-20 Uhr zurück . Die Lust am Grillen im Garten wurde im Keim erstickt,da man auch im Garten zur Ruhe gebeten wird. Es ist ein ruhiges Viertel, man muß leise sein, das bekamen wir mehrmals am Anfang zu hören. Es ist bei weitem nicht unser erstes Mal in einer Ferienwohnung, über Ruhestörung hatte sich noch niemand beschwert. Wir sind wieder schlecht erzogen noch Rowdys mit 55 bzw 57 Jahren, die Anschuldigungen waren nicht gerechtfertigt.Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht, eher gefühlt ständig überwacht.Schade eigentlich.Bezahlen ja, Herzlichkeit und Urlaubsfreude nein, am besten man macht sich ganz klein.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Hinter dem Haus hatten wir unseren eigenen Garten, mit Grill, selbst an die Mückenabwehr wurde gedacht. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens eingerichtet, selbst hier wurde an die Mückenabwehr gedacht. Im der Küche befindet sich alles was man für das Alltägliche braucht. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Putzutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Badezimmer sind in einem fabelhaften Zustand, sowie die restlichen Zimmer dieser Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin ist die herzlichste Person die wir kennenlernen durften. Sie steht bei jeder Frage mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. WLAN ist vorhanden, TV, Netflix. Den Sandstrand sowie den Hafen erreicht man gut zu Fuß. Ein Bäcker, Lidl und ein weiterer kroatischer Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarar Nähe. Glatte 5 Sterne von uns. Macht weiter so liebe Svjetlana und Familie.

Perfect location

WIr (als Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Wirklich alles wirkt neuwertig und ist ausreichend vorhanden. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Betrifft auch die Aussenanlage mit direktem Parkplatz und dem privaten Garten, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse, ist aber trotzdem sehr zentral in Medulin gelegen.

Sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mehrfach gefragt ob wir noch Wünsche haben und noch etwas brauchen. Wir benötigen einen Arzt für unser Kind, da hat sie uns sehr geholfen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub .

Einfach nur klasse

Super schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung, die in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend und trotzdem sehr zentral liegt. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Svjetlana ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, bei Problemen oder Fragen kann man sich immer an sie wenden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Medulin verbracht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen, da man nicht mitten drin ist, aber auch alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Bäcker hat tolles Baguette, welches wir jeden Morgen in der schönen Gartenlaube genossen haben. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die beiden neu renovierten Badezimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Svjetlana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Großzügige moderne sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung unweit vom Strand

Wir haben zu fünft 10 herrliche Tage verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man braucht. Das Haus und Grundstück ist mit Abstand das schönste und gepflegteste der Umgebung. Für uns gab es neben der Nutzung der Wohnung eine Außenterrasse unter schattenspendenen Bäumen und auch mit Grill. Ca. 10min zu Fuß ist man an einem schmalen Strand. Als Kroatienurlauber weiß man, dass man wegen der steinigen und felsigen Untergründe Badeschuhe braucht, noch eine Taucherbrille dazu, dann ist man perfekt ausgerüstet. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Konoba 15, wo man gut essen kann und sehr freundlich bedient wird. Zum Hafen sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß und dort ist die Auswahl an Gastronomie groß. Zum Baden sind wir in den Park Kap Kamenjak gefahren, wo es für ein Tagesticket von 80 Kuna viele wunderbare Badebuchten gibt. Wir würden die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Ein großes Dankeschön den herzlichen Vermietern.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist groß und hell und es gibt einen kleinen eigenen Gartenbereich. Die Vermieterin wahr sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage bietet sich für Ausflüge an die Strände der Umgebung an. Auch der Ortskern und Strand von Medulin sind fußläufig erreichbar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Medulin

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Svetjlana, the owner, was really welcoming and helpful. The weather was warmer than expected for September and I would have liked air con in the large bedroom at the (south facing) front of the apartment as the only air con unit was in the hallway. The garden was very well maintained and had a lovely seating area. The area of Medulin is pretty and peaceful but we also enjoyed trips to Pula and, in particular, Rovinj. We had a lovely two weeks here and would highly recommend

Schönes Wohnung bei einer tollen Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung und der Garten ist top gepflegt. Wann immer man Hilfe benötigt, die Gastgeberin ist zur Stelle. Der Weg zum Stand zu Fuss ist mit 15-20 min einzukalkulieren.

Großartiger Urlaub und super Apartment

Gestern sind wir abgereist und nehmen tolle Erinnerungen mit. Unser Apartment bei Svjetlana war super. Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit bequemen Betten. Es liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit einem kleinen guten Restaurant gleich neben an. Es gibt einen schönen Garten und eine schöne Sitzgelegenheit draußen. Svjetlana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und Kinder sind bei ihr auch herzlich willkommen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und fußläufig zum Strand - wer Kinder und viel Gepäck hat, fährt mit dem Auto. Sightseeing ist nah und fern möglich, verschiedene Buchten laden zum Faulenzen ein. Svjetlana ist unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, stellt Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung und bringt wöchentl. eine frisch gewaschene Ladung. Eine kleine Gartenhütte bietet Platz für nasse Strandklamotten, davor ist eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Grill, die man für dich nutzen kann. Danke für die schöne Zeit! moderne Wohnung in der Gehdistanz zum Meer

Die Wahnung war neu und gut eingerichtet. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit an die sehr netten Vermieter eine Etage tiefer wenden. Für unseren Geschmack war die Umgebung zu öde, einfach ein Wohnquartier mit Ferienhäusern ohne Charme einer kroatischen Altstadt und ohne aktivem Leben. Dafür musste man schon ein Stück weit zur Altstadt oder zum Hafen flanieren.
