This quiet and idyllically situated holiday home, featuring two large apartments, is in an excellent location, not far from the historic town centre and just 200 metres from the sea in the well-known beach and resort town of Medulin in Istria. The provincial capital, Pula, with its famous Roman amphitheatre, is just 10 km away. The nearest beach is just 600 metres away.
The two-story house features two 100-square-meter holiday apartments. Each apartment has its own private terrace or outdoor area with a beautiful view of the 650-square-meter garden, which offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. It’s also worth noting that both apartments are equipped with dishwashers and washing machines. The ground-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace. The upper-floor apartment features 3 separate bedrooms—2 with direct access to the terrace and 1 with access to a balcony. The outdoor area, with its shady spots, invites you to relax. An outdoor grill—a feature rarely missing in Croatia—is, of course, also available and can be used by guests at any time by mutual agreement. The private car park, which accommodates 6 cars, is located right next to the house and is shaded from the sun. With the nearby town centre and its excellent tourist infrastructure, you’ll hardly miss a thing. There’s also a small amusement area for younger children at the famous “Bijeca” sandy beach, which is just a few minutes’ walk away.
