From the picturesque window overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Links Golf Course, everything here speaks "relax and enjoy." Sitting on your private deck you can unwind with a view of the of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the lakes on the fairway or the beautiful sunrises. This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the large living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen television, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery. Take a dip in the New heated Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.

Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 3 Pets. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

This property was the best! We had a party of 7 and it was enough space for everyone. We’re not golfers but it was impressive to watch the golfers every morning during coffee. We are planning another beach trip here next year, thanks for an incredible stay! We would stay here again

Send Dustin is very well maintained with beautiful gardens and trees. This condo is located near a brand new swimming pool, which is wonderful. Getting to everything important with the golf cart is an advantage of this place.

Delightful getaway

My family joined me on this extended weekend beach trip and we had enough space to sprawl and enjoy ourselves. The golf cars offered loads of fun and proximity to Baytowne. My favorite part of the property was relaxing in the hammock.

Great place to get away

It’s not on the beach but it’s perfect because your not mixed into the crowds. The golf cart that’s provided is just a short 4 min ride to the beach. Loved staying here.

It is a very nice place, we did enjoy ourselves and felt very at ease in the community, the golf cart was a must and made it so much fun, and convenient to get to the Private Beach, Sandestin resort staff and facilities are top notch, spotless beach was incredible and the Harbortowne village was awesome. The lack of compassion is crazy. My mom went into the hospital and passed away while we were there. So, we had to leave 3 days early. They didn’t refund any of the days. The place itself was a little below average. A little smaller than what I was expecting. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling and are old. The kitchen smelled like pee. The most disappointing thing was the lack of compassion.

The property was clean and spacious. It could use a few cosmetic updates, but it was still nice. We were disappointed with the state of the beach chairs, and rented some through the resort instead. The golf cart was nice to have for driving to the beach and around the resort. Overall, very enjoyable!

Reasonably priced in an awesome resort!

The property is aging some repairs and renovations have been done. Overall very clean and neat. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable Hotel quality. The neighborhood is more Dog Friendly then they let on, which was a welcome surprise. Living room TV has a Connectivity issue. The resort is just a wonderful experience! We would stay again!
