With large living areas and generous sized bedrooms, Kitesurfer will comfortably accommodate a group of eight - the perfect option for your stay in Gerroa!

Where will I be?

Kitesurfer is located on the Gerroa Headland, at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. There are amazing views of the beach and the surf. It is a three minute drive to the beach, or a 15 minute walk. The nearby town of Gerringong is a short drive away.

Why choose Kitesurfer?

This spacious and airy home makes for a great family getaway. Enjoy spending time together on the large deck with views of the beach.

How is the property laid out?

Kitesurfer is a split level home. When you enter through the front door you walk up a small flight of stairs and you find yourself in the living area. On this level you also have the kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king singles. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and the main bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The combined bathroom and laundry are accessed through the garage.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

What about outdoors?

There are many great outdoor options at Kitesurfer. Relax on one of the two front decks, or BBQ and dine on the large rear deck. There is also a large backyard, please note it is not fully fenced.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Kitesurfer has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning for your year round comfort. The windows and doors can be opened to catch the breeze.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets anddoonas, linen and bath towels are provided at Kitesurfer. However please bring your favourite beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There are two parking spaces available on the driveway and there is street parking. The garage is reserved for the owners personal use.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Kitesurferis not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

The property is in a perfect location. Centrally located.

Close enough to walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the property was in need of some maintenance and a good clean.

Wonderful views

The property has beautiful views over Seven Mile Beach but we unfortunately struck extremely windy weather and some rains so couldn't enjoy the balcony. Accommodation was perfect for our group but we did find the trek to the bathroom through the garage and steps to it are a bit tiresome.

Beautiful

Great property close to the top of the hill with stunning sweeping views of seven mile beach from the rear verandah and blackheads point from the front. Huge dvd/book collection kept us busy while relaxing on the days in. Clean and very well kept with all essentials supplied. Only negative was the ducted air conditioner was not working as advertised but luckily we picked a weekend with fantastic weather.

The house is well placed, well looked-after, well equipped in the kitchen and laundry. Bedrooms are absolutely fine. Bathroom 1 is great. Bathroom 2 is in the laundry and that’s ok but could do with a place to leave your toothbrush etc. Couldn’t write a happy evaluation of the property as we left, only because we didn’t have a pen, otherwise we would have ticked all the boxes.

The view is great. The fridge was too cold. Could find no instructions. Videos worked- could not get normal TV. Some blind remotes worked others didn't. Only 6 dining room chairs for 8 people. More seating in living room would have been good. Mirrors in lower bedrooms would help. Bottom hinge of top bathroom door needs repair. Need to emphasize access to both bathrooms requires use of stairs. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The view is wonderful.

Maintenance

The house was lovely but some maintenance is needed.. The outdoor back verandah has a lot of water damage on the roof. The downstairs laundry and bathroom has some water damage as well. We could not work out which light switch in the formal lounge turned off the lights. There is a dimmer switch, but the light switch was a mystery. The remote control for the blinds in the kitchen and dining possibly needs a new battery because we could not get the blinds to work.The television pixelated badly and there were no instructions on house to use the tv properly. Perhaps, some information in the house rules brochure would be handy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend this house to other frineds. Thank you.. Sue Bozza.

Amazing view

Spacious, clean, fully equipped home with amazing view of Seven Mile Beach and mountains from back verandah. Beautiful kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need. Big lounge room with Foxtel, big TV and other music and dvd options. Thoroughly relaxing weekend, cant wait to return.

Together we will discuss all of the points you have mentioned so that improvements can be made for future guests. There is sufficient seating for 8 guests at the proeprty with two lounges, bench seats, 6x dining chairs, stools and sun loungers. We will explore adding extra mirrors. Yes, there is a coffee machine in the kitchen which features in image 9 on the web listing. Appliance manuals are usually in the house book or a kitchen drawer. We can easily google manuals and provide instructions over the phone on how to operate entertainment devices. Please note if you decide to book with us again in the future we provide a 24hr contact number so that guests can notify us of any issues immediately after they check in. This allows us an opporuntiy to rectify any problems and helps to avoid them having an impact on your stay. The guest feedback for Kitesurfer, Gerroa is typically very positive.
