Guest Support:
There will be an instruction booklet in the living room. Our local property manager is always available for service when needed. I will also be glad to support you at any time. Please let me know in advance if you need the optional services below:
- Pool/Spa Heating: $50/day for the whole stay
- BBQ Grill Rental: $40/stay for the entire stay
-Early check-in is possible if we don't have guests staying for the night before your arrival day. There is an additional charge for early check-in, arriving before 12 PM is a half-day rate, arriving between 12-2 PM is an additional $150, arriving between 2-4 PM is an additional $75. The earliest check-in time is 10 AM. If you decide to check in early, please let me know your approximate arrival time. I will confirm your early check-in request 2 days prior to your arrival.
-Late check-out is allowed if we don't have guests for the night of your check-out day. There is an additional charge for late check-out, leaving between 10 AM - 1 PM is an additional $75, leaving after 1 PM is a half-day rate. The latest check-out time is 4 PM. Again, we will confirm your late check-out request 2 days prior to your departure day.

This vacation home is in the gated and guarded ChampionsGate golf resort with the world-class Oasis Clubhouse. The house is near restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and highways (between route I4 and HWY27). The Oasis clubhouse offers an array of amenities like three pools, a water slide, a kiddy pool, a lazy river, two bars, shaded Cabanas, plenty of sun loungers, fitness center, movie theater, arcade room, volleyball courts, golf courses, spa and much much more!
