Ocean's Course - Pets Welcome

Nestled between Loutitt Bay and the Lorne Country Club, Ocean's Course is a great little beach house for you and your four-legged friends.Two-storey and with balconies in both directions, it boasts 2 views - one of the ocean and the other the golf course fairways.

Upstairs features open plan living with split system air-conditioning, lofted ceilings and atrium windows that fill the room with light, bringing nature inside.

Dine outside enjoying the views, with a BBQ and outdoor setting. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with another, private, balcony and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, a second main bathroom and a laundry.

With daily sightings of kangaroos, the occasional koala, constant birdsong and proximity to the beach, Ocean's Course offers the best of both worlds.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

NO WIFI

I would have rated this property higher but there was NO WiFi. This was not explicitly explained at time of booking. Staying with young people this impacted their stay. We also needed to do some work and needed to make alternative arrangements.

Gorgeous location

A wonderful place to stay for our family. The house description is very accurate. We were allowed pick up the key a bit early which was very helpful. The hills are very steep which makes for great views, but tough on the knees and pushing a pram. The cleaner could vacuum better as there was lots of dog hair around. The downstairs shower needs improvement as there is no pressure but these are minor issues. Overall a wonderful holiday experience.

Nice and very quiet area. Occasionally we get to see the kangaroos and kookaburras in the wild. The house itself need a few minor improvement. Main bathroom shower door doesn’t shut. Water spilled to the bathroom floor. No bath floor mat provide so it makes floor slippery . Microwave is placed above the fridge , which is not ideal for family of short people. Living room curtains is a bit short on the side/width so feels like no privacy. Main toilet light switch is a bit loose, worry might get electrocuted when used it. Kitchen is complete except for a good non stick frying pan.
