I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!

This place is right on the water with two decks to choose from. It is also right downtown where all the shopping and dining is at. It was super quiet, the parking spot is directly by the door and perfectly clean. We were welcomed with some nice music, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. It was also walking distance to a huge beach and play ground. It doesn’t get any better than this! Can’t wait to stay when we come back!!

Sandpoint at it's best!

The condo is all this and more! If you want to experience downtown Sandpoint - this property can't be beat. It is beautifully put together and a quick walk to all things downtown. Such a great experience!

This loft was amazing! Its so pretty inside and well taken care of! The location is perfect, right downtown and so close to all the great restaurants and shopping! Perfect Getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The loft is cozy and quiet with beautiful views of the marina. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to everything you need via a short walk. Location Luxury and Lake

Loved being close to the shops and restaurants of downtown. Also close to marina and beach. Property had an amazing view and we especially enjoyed the morning sun. Balcony large and comfy and able to accommodate a family. Decor was lovely and everything felt like it was brand new. We would definately choose this condo again.

Perfect place

This was a perfect apt for our short visit to Sandpoint. Lots of nice touches (coffee, frother, super soft towels!). We had everything we needed for cooking in and great location for takeout. Easy walk to everywhere. Great communications with owner, lots of recommendations provided. Would definitely consider for a return trip!

Great location/perfect condo

This condo was in a great location with the balconies overlooking the marina. The condo was clean and well stocked. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods available. They left a sheet listing favorite restaurants. We loved Sandpoint and would definitely stay here again!

Best Located Luxury Condo in Sandpoint!

Family of 5 adults stayed for a 2 night ski trip. The condo felt brand new and was spotless! Gorgeous and comfortable furnishings and open layout. The beds and linens were heavenly. We used the dryer for our wet ski clothes both days, very handy. We played board games at the big dining table and we all fit comfortably on the large sectional sofa to watching football games! The condo was in an ideal location. We walked to all the restaurants, bars, and shops without ever having to get in our car! The building was private and quiet! The property manager was very helpful and answered our questions promptly! Thanks for a great stay!
