If you were visiting beautiful Port Macquarie on business this unit has a separate sitting room where a desk has been provided for your convenience and a trundle bed.

The unit provides accommodation for up to 5 with the main bedroom enjoying ocean views and access to the northerly balcony, a queen-sized bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a 3rd room in the property (no door on the 3rd room) with a king single bed. LINEN IS PROVIDED.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heaps of space for the family, close to amenities like the beach, however main bedroom was the only one with a ceiling fan. The other bedrooms could have done with at least a pedalstal fan to circulate the air around. The smaller fans were good but not strong enough to circulate the air when extremely hot, especially if there was no sea breeze.

Ver difficult to reach crockery, laundry items, extra linen etc in wardrobe upper shelving.On preparing to launder pillow slips, found (4) pillows covered in rotten mould. Waited till final evening of stay for replacements.

Well located spacious secure unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a very good location, has great street parking, has lovely views, has a good spacious floor plan including two bathrooms and deck, has good lift access, is very secure, and is in fairly good condition. However, there were a few things that made it a bit less comfortable than we hoped. No curtains in bedrooms made it hard to block out light especially as it was hot humid weather and with the windows open the vertical blinds flapped. The old ceiling fans were noisy and with no air conditioning in humid wet weather it was a bit musty. The large cleaning fee seemed excessive: the linen and pillows seemed a bit old and the floors although OK are in need of a good professional clean. The garage was difficult to use: we found it almost impossible to get our small car into the allotted car space and decided not to use it.

The apartment was super spacious with a fantastic view over the water, unfortunately it rained most of our days so it was obscured on those days. The kitchen had everything required to cook a meal, although a couple of the frying pans need replacing. Access to the apartment was challenging with several keys to work out (this should have been explained by the agent). We were eventually helped by an apartment owner! A garage is available but very narrow and difficult to enter and exit. Plenty of street parking so this was not a problem for us. Will stay again next time if it’s available.
