Villa Gardenia- a luxurious villa nestled above the Mandahl Bay on St. Thomas’ Northside. This villa has magnificent down island views of the Caribbean Sea, St. John, Jost Van Dyke, and Tortola. Just a quick five minute drive to world-famous Magen`s Bay beach, this luxurious three bedroom villa boasts impeccable furnishings and newly landscaped gardens with walking paths that create visual delights inside and out. The garden features a bubbling fountain and koi pond (Koi Pond currently not-in service - we apologize and hope to have it sorted out soon), while the covered veranda offers a relaxing space to meditate or enjoy the ocean views.

Villa Gardenia’s exceptional kitchen provides all the space and accoutrements needed to craft gourmet meals or simple casual fare. A social place in the heart of the home, the kitchen has granite countertops along three sides, with bar stools along one side for coffee, cocktails, or conversation. At its center is a five burner gas range, two electric ovens, a microwave and an array of implements and utensils that would satisfy even the most discriminating chef. A screened door off the kitchen opens to a south-facing terrace, a private walled patio with sofa, lounge chairs, and table seating for six. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or sunbathe in the afternoon. A marble-tiled powder room is nearby. And for those needing access to the outside world, a nearby office cove includes an all-in-one copier/printer/fax/scanner. The villa is equipped with high speed internet, free whole-house Wifi, and a 27 kW generator. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and also contains a wine cooler. 

Three bedrooms, each featuring it`s own ensuite bath, are located off the great room. The master suite features a king size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed and features a luxurious bathroom with two sinks, granite countertops, marble floors and walls, a raised tub, and roomy shower. Bedroom two includes a queen bed, while bedroom three features two twin-sized beds - or a king (when converted). Both secondary bedrooms have full marble baths with glass-enclosed showers. 

Guests receive daily maid service Monday through Friday. This villa is surrounded by a six foot high concrete wall in a peaceful residential area, making it a favorite of families, couples and professionals seeking a most exceptional island experience.
