Bring the family for a coastal getaway at this great, top floor apartment, just a stone's throw to the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach and its row of waterfront cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. An easy 100m stroll to the end of this quiet street will take you to the soft white sands and calm waters of this beautiful stretch of coastline. Turn left and explore the bushland and walking tracks through Anzac Park, or head 500m along the foreshore in the other direction to enjoy a meal at one of the cafes or the popular Shoal Bay Country Club.
In your cosy apartment, the open plan living room is lined with glass that brings the view of leafy green treetops indoors, creating a lovely and peaceful ambiance that celebrates the natural environment. Relax on the comfortable couches in air-conditioned comfort, and enjoy use of the LCD TV, DVD player, books and games supplied for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a cosy breakfast bar, and there is also a dining table and study desk. Step out onto the large, covered balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ and look out over the charming green foliage and filtered water views.
There are 3 bedrooms; the spacious master has a queen bed while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and single bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom features a bathtub, shower and toilet, and the internal laundry offers a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

- Linen is provided at this property. The beds will be made ready for your arrival.
- The tri-bunk in photos has been replaced with a queen bed, so this bedroom now offers a queen bed and single bed.
