Extended Family Stay

Great property for large extended family with 3 bedroom(house) upstairs and 2 identical 2 bedroom units downstairs. Close to beach and nice quite street..short walk to Shoal Bay shops, Restaurants and Pub

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was great!

When you ring for help you get an AI assistant, when you asked to speak to someone, this is a call centre overseas. They have very little understanding and when enquiring about the code to open the key safe he gave me the three digits of each unit number and not the four digit code. Lucky for me there was a mobile number on the office that lead me to a very helpful local agent who was able to help us get the keys.The place was not very clean, we had to wash all the plates and cups, some glasses were cracked and clean the BBQ before using. There was a wet shirt under the couch. It was badly maintained and for 14 people we got 6 rolls of toilet paper for three nights., plud we ran out of hand soap. We also only get one key for each of the three units which for multiple people was not helpful. There is only one air conditioner in the upstairs unit, later in Summer this would be a hot place to stay in, fans were provided, but for the price it should have had aircondtioning in all three units. I would not rent this place again. The position is close to the beach but a distance to the local shops. Majority of pillows were uncomfortable and some of bedding dirty, we had to buy doona covers and some pillows. The beds did not match the description upstairs, there was no bunk bed. Board games were missing pieces. The unit downstairs ran out of hot water. The appliances seemed to work OK.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the convenience of this location to the water, walks and shops in Shoal Bay! The fact that we can enjoy our friendship with our group of beautiful friends altogether, yet separately is fantastic too. We love the peace and quiet of the property too!
