Beautifully decorated, quiet and well appointed

This condominium is fabulous. They really thought of everything you could possibly need and had wonderful touches throughout the house (cookies to greet you, beach towels, beach gear, coolers, pen and paper, every kitchen appliance you could think of, spices, etc). The condo is on the first floor and very quiet. The space has a great layout and was very comfortable for 5 people. Karen is also very responsive but also very low key with her simple instructions. She makes you feel like you are staying in an old friend's home. The decoration is gorgeous and we loved the location. The complex is across from an undeveloped part of Poipu so walking in the morning to the beach or coffee was a treat with all of bird and animal sounds. The complex is also on a gorgeous golf course -- we used their driving range and putting greens a couple of times. The pool is nice too. My teenage boys thought the place was "lit" and never want to stay in a hotel again! I highly recommend staying here!

I am a retired RN and my husband is a retired telephone engineer. We live in Colorado and have been there since 1995. We have many friends, a dog, and my 92-year-old mother in Colorado. Our adult children live in Phoenix and in California. We have enjoyed several family vacations at our wonderful Kauai home.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the Pili Mai luxury condo complex with all the amenities most desire. The pool area is very nice with a wonderful jacuzzi, workout room, and covered and noncovered sitting areas around the pool.
The location is ideal because it is within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. We absolutely love our condo!

What makes this property unique

This condo sits just off of the golf course, you can walk to the golf shop or the restaurant. Including local coffee stands and Starbucks.
This family-centered complex is quiet and the HOA ensures a clean well kept environment is maintained.
