The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless-steel appliances, dishes, cookware, and a convenient wet bar — ideal for preparing family meals or mixing up evening cocktails. Whether you’re gathered around the dining table or relaxing in the living area, the ocean provides the perfect backdrop.

Each of the four bedrooms includes its own private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Three bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for added convenience.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

Step outside and experience the coastal lifestyle at its finest. Take a dip in the private pool (heater available for a surcharge), or enjoy a quiet moment in one of the three spacious decks with rocking chairs and unforgettable ocean views.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, then settle in to watch the sunset over the water with a glass of wine in hand. There’s ample parking for up to six cars, so guests can come and go with ease.

Pool Heat Information:
Pool can be heated upon advance notice for an additional fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F, maintaining a temperature approximately 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature is below 55°F, and are not available June–August. Please call for more details.
