Welcome to "Serenity by the Sea", a Spectacular Ocean Front Home in the East End Gated Community of Dunescape, offering a great 12' x 22' Private Backyard Pool and newly renovated gourmet kitchen wide open views of the sea! Resting among the rolling sand dunes you will enjoy listening to the sounds of the waves from your ocean view decks. A gorgeous scenic walkway leads you to you a private beach area. Take long walks around the point at the east end of the island, which wraps around into the Intracoastal Waterway and bring home some shells. At home, enjoy relaxing and entertaining around your pristine private pool deck area with plenty of room to swim, read, play and enjoy outdoor entertaining. Once inside, you will be amazed at the beauty and craftsmanship of the newly renovated gourmet kitchen. Tons of natural light fill the great room and dining areas overlooking the ocean. Updated finishes and fixtures are found throughout this home, which offers five well appointed bedrooms in which to rejuvenate and rest up for another beach day ahead. Dunescape's amenities include a gated entry, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis, & basketball court.

This is a NO PET property

Swimming pools are open each year from March - November. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Community pools are normally open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. This may be subject to change without notice.

Fabulous Beach House

Serenity by the Sea is a beautiful beach house with several upgrades and amenities that made this rental a great choice for our family. The owners have maintained the house well and property management responded quickly to the small issues we encountered during our stay.

Beautiful house and a great kitchen!

Everything was awesome except the walk to the beach. That has been noted several times. It was hard to get little ones to the beach because of the long walk. The pool was awesome and the ocean has a great sandbar. The only thing that the house needs is a new grill. The tvs all worked and it had all the amenities that you needed!

Awesome!

What a lovely place to stay for a week with family. We had so much room! There is a large living area (kitchen, dining, and sofa/tv) that accommodated all ten of us for dinner, games, and movie nights. The back “bar” room was a huge plus. We had some family members who had to work during the vacation, and that room was a perfect fit. (The ice maker and wine fridge in this room were the bomb!) The upstairs den area was a nice place to retreat away from the rest of the group. Super comfy and a beautiful view! The upstairs deck was also a great place to have some quiet time. Speaking of views! Woweeee! Absolutely gorgeous. We spent a ton of time reading, eating, playing games, and drinking wine on the porch. We played and lounged in the pool almost every night. Tip: bring some pool floaters… loved floating in the pool after a day at the beach. The pool area gets shade at the end of the day… very pleasant to chill there in the evenings. The community is super quiet, and the house is lovely. I cannot say enough about this place. The walk to the beach was a little tough in the heat of July, but well worth it (and really not terrible). The beach was uncrowded, breezy, and so relaxing. We went for walks, searched for shells, fished, and swam to our heart’s content. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfortable rental!

Great house in gated Dunescape community. Large bedrooms and tastefully decorated. WiFi was spotty and the walk to the beach was long and difficult for grandparents. Overall a great vacation and would rent it again.
