Port Douglas Luxe features two separate pavilion styled bedroom wings via separate staircases accommodating up to 10 guests. The rear wing includes a master suite with separate retreat which can be used as a 5th bedroom and well-appointment en-suite with spacious balcony's overlooking the expansive lawn and lush tropical rainforest gardens. The second staircase leads to two additional bedrooms both with en-suites and private balconies. Downstairs is another master suite and study area opening into a luxury en-suite with both internal and external shower.

The ground level features spacious open plan living areas with hide-away glass bi-fold doors allowing the outside in, tropical living at its best. The gourmet fully self- contained kitchen features state of the art appliances opening onto an outside timber deck entertaining area with lounges and alfresco dining area. A spacious family room opens onto the 12.5 metre infinity pool surrounded by timber decks with tropical gardens and sun lounges. A games/media room also opens onto the swimming pool deck.
