Good place

My husband stayed in one of Mike's rentals as he worked in the area during Hurricane recovery. Great spot near the water. The rental was clean and had everything he needed. There was some mix-up with him staying in a different rental than the pictures listed, and then once a family came into the rental thinking it was their reserved rental. But overall it was a good experience for the situation since the area is in hurricane recover mode.

Great substitute

Mike had a last minute change on the unit we rented but upgraded us to a better one within minutes. Great experience and communicates very well. We were very satisfied and would rent through Mike again. Loved the general Burnt Store Marina area. Felt very safe.

Our stay at Burnt Store Marina was perfect

We enjoyed the Cass Cay Restaurant. Great food and music. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Mike guided us to some very nice spots as well. Hope to stay here again soon.

Renovation vacation

This Burnt Store condo is in a great area. Right next to two restaurants and pool. The concern: unit was being renovated and was left a mess when we arrived to check in. Work not finished, drywall dust everywhere. Will be a great, updated unit once complete.

We stayed three nights but felt like it was a week. The convenience of the restaurant couldn't be better. The condo was so clean and the property was spotless. We had issues with check-in, but other than that it was a fantastic stay...and we can't wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation apartment. Loved it!

Serene and lovely, upgraded apartment overlooking the Marina. Saw a dolphin swimming in the harbor from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped including a washer and drier and a screened-in balcony. Convenient to Cape Coral and Fort Myers.

Great view

Very modern condo that overlooks beautiful sail boats on the bay. There is a very good restaurant within a one minute walk and they have a live band almost every night. Michael the owner was very responsive and great to work with

Very comfortable bed. Great location and amenities. There were a few issues with the unit and the amenities while we were there. The owner was responsive and worked proactively to minimize the impact of the inconveniences and resolve them in a timely manner.
