Great place to stay!

Updated and very clean condo with canal view in a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with hosts. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great rental in a great location

I had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental in the Punta Gorda Isles in January 2025. The unit was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and located so close to everything. I enjoyed everything about the place.

Cozy Getaway

Nicely renovated condo with a screened in patio that overlooks the water inlet. Quiet neighborhood. Light and breezy decor with all the amentities you'll need. I had a little trouble figuring out the shower and the hot water but the Hosts were very helpful.

Great Condo

We stayed at this condo for a wedding in November. We liked the ability to have an entire condo to ourselves with 2 bedrooms as we brought our 4 year old daughter. The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly as described by the pictures. It was very roomy and had everything we needed for our extended weekend Check in and check out process was very smooth. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute drive to anywhere we needed to go. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if we need to go back to Punta Gorda!

Very clean and convenient location

Our family of five stayed here for a trip to visit family. The space is very clean and well-maintained. Instructions for checking in and checking out were very clear. Great location- close to downtown and we enjoyed being on the water. The only suggestions I have for improvement are to add blackout curtains to the sliding doors to offer more privacy and block out the morning sunshine, as well as have enough dishes for six people instead of only having four place settings. Otherwise, it was great and we will definitely use again.

Wonderful from start to finish!

This was our first Christmas at our own Punta Gorda home, and we rented this condo because we had additional family in town. We were so pleased with the clean and beautifully decorated condo! The beds were comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms as well as a laundry room in the condo unit was just fantastic! I think my favorite area was the screened deck overlooking the canal. Such a pretty view and comfy space to relax, have coffee or read a book. Thank you again to property manager Maggie for her wonderful communication. She was so helpful! We definitely hope to rent this space again in the future!

Great Place, Not-so-great Communication

The property is fantastic! We had a great time in Punta Gorda. This place is in a good spot, with nice trails for walking or biking. Close to downtown and Fisherman's Village. The only problem we had was, during the middle of the night, we had a smoke alarm start chirping like the battery was dying. The next morning I'd asked the property manager (Maggie) to help with it (via VRBO messaging). I waited a while, but received no response. The only response we received was as we were getting ready to leave, what looked like an automated message in closing saying something to effect of "we hope you had a good stay..."

Great spot

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The view of the canal was great. I wish I had brought a pole. Inside was immaculate. Super quiet spot as well. Very close to Fisherman's village ($6 uber). I'd stay there again in a NY minute. The only critique I have, and this is the case with all these places. The owners very rarely spend any money on beds and tvs. The beds here aren't great unless you like very firm beds and don't mind that they sit on wheels (rail beds). When you move around in the bed it will make noise unlike a standard bed on a normal frame. Neither bedroom has TVs which makes zero sense to me. If you have a family or are staying with another couple would be great to have TV's in the bedroom. If you are with kids and it rains, then what do you do all day. Master bedroom needs some black out curtains for porch windows. For 800 bucks, you could buy two new smart tvs and a curtain. I mean spend a little money to make this great home perfect. Jack up the nightly price by ten bucks have it covered in a month. Outside of that, stay here and you will not be disappointed.
