Very comfortable and well lit, the space is all new! We have TV, Wifi, equipped kitchen, electric stove, microwave, blender. Parking space and a balcony overlooking the pool. 'It is glazed, so you can open or close it whenever you want to have fresh air. Or air conditioning if you prefer, hot or cold. 3 single beds and one double (there is an extra charge for more than 2 guests). Black out curtains. We also have a dining table and a work table if applicable. It also stores clothes with shoe rack and hangers. The new building also has an outdoor swimming pool, a modern gym and a nice roof to relax.
Privileged location, easy access to various tourist spots in the city, from Av Paulista 'to Praca Roosevelt or March 25 ... we are 11km from Congonhas airport, 600m from Frei Caneca shopping mall and 1.8km from shopping center 3 on Paulista .
The apartment has its back to Rua Augusta, so although located in it, we don't have the intense noise! We have a Dia market next to it, in front of the Caixote bar and the Retro lounge, in addition to many other restaurants and commercial points. You can do everything on foot if you want :)
We rent for at least 7 days, and above that we have weekly cleaning included. We hope you!
