The key safe had recently been painted & the door was stuck with paint . I had to use a pocket knife to open it in order to get the key out . The dining table and chairs have to be some of the most uncomfortable I have ever used . There were no instructions for the oven and instructions for the tv were totally inadequate. We could get sound on some channels with just a black screen with a music score showing. The house was very clean I probably misread the ad as I thought the house was seafront.The area was very quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: neat little shack, partially updated, comfortable for our family and close to everything.

Shell Shack

Great place. Cleaning sub optimal. Had to clean glasses and cutlery plus the holder as they were filthy. Bin was mouldy with food scraps. The couch was peeling with pieces falling on the floor But overall comfortable.

Shell Shack

Excellent property to unwind and relax. Close to the beach for great walks and swims. Comfortable, simple shack. Would use again.

We just stayed three nights, very quiet spot to take a break.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The house was well presented and adequate. However, we found lots of food and sweet wrappers under the lounge. Not pleasant. TV, internet and phone reception hit and miss (or none at all). The DVD player didn’t work, not sure why. So, with no modern day distractions we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
